This was my second stay here. Hung the receptionist is a great guy. Very helpful, considerate and informative. The Breakfast was brilliant. Filling and delicious 😋. The rooms are Spacious and the Bathrooms too!!! Comfortable bed and very quiet - away from any busy areas in Sapa! Got some great rest and Sleep 💤🙂
This time everything was fine except the Fridge did not work properly again. A problem I encountered previously along with 'flickering and noisy' lighting but this was ok on this occasion 👍.
The location is perhaps a bit too far from the Main town for my liking but it is Very Peaceful!
Breakfast is good! I really love the yogurt. The staff are accommodating and the location is so fantastic! Near to the Mountain Bar and Restaurant, Moana Cafe and walking distance to the Sun Plaza.
The sink is broken. Water is spilling whenever I use it. Hairdryer is usable but anytime it might go broke. Bedsheets for both beds are dirty. :(
Linda the Manager was always very helpful. She also organized an early checking for us, because we arrived at 4am in Sapa
The room was right above a busy street so it was always pretty noisy.
Cheap
Bad WiFi, damp and the staff were no where to be seen.
I did not expect the view and the proximity of the hotel to the attractions and city center. The rooms were quite normal but offered comfort. The bathroom is very spacious. The hotel staff (Aiza) had given us what we needed. From the beginning (booking), she was very helpful and offered good options. As we arrived early, she assured that we can have our rooms at the moment we have arrived the hotel. She arranged our breakfast very well on our check-out date. Sadly, we had a short time at the hotel. I could have a better rest in the room 😊.
Probably, the hotel might not have yet fully operational. The balcony in the 7th floor could have been a great place for visitors to have a coffee or chat with friends and family (we just took a sneak by the way in their balcony 😁). We stayed in room 702. But the elevator served only till 5th floor. So it has became a challenge for us bringing our lugagges for another 2 floors. Overall, our stay is great.
Allowed 24/hr check in as we arrived at 3am. Big rooms. Great breakfast options. A short walk from the main town but away from all the noise.
Bathroom design isnt great. Needs a deep clean as it is very damp. Pictures are a little deceiving but property is still okay for a budget stay.
The view is good.
We stayed in Family suite room located on the 6th floor. This room has an amazing view of the mountains, we could see the Fansipan peak. Linda (staff) provided exceptional services, also arranged taxi and tickets to Glass bridge and Fansipan.
The lobby smells really bad but don’t worry the rooms don’t smell. The woman at the desk spoken no English she had to get someone to speak to me on the phone. Rooms are clean but was quite dusty. Had a few bugs on the wall but you get what you pay for. They have a cute puppy
Good location, staff seem nice, breakfast is okay. Bed is comfy and pillows are nice. Lucky the dog is super cute! Aircon doubled as a heater which was lovely as it was quite chilly when we were there!
Rooms look a lot more tired than in the pictures, one of our balcony doors didn’t lock so it was just tied shut, the rooms felt quite damp and the bathroom smelt pretty terrible the whole time we were there. Mould is present in the bathroom too so I think that explains the smell. Bedsheets were fairly badly marked, and the weird carpet tiles covering the hard floor were just a mess - full of gaps and moved around when you stood on them.
Great service !! Staff (and lucky) were amazing and so helpful when booking activities. Room was spacious and clean.
The location is perfect. Only a 15 minutes walk to the town centre. It is centrally located. The property is 1 minute walk to Moana which looks so amazing specially at night time. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and massage parlours around the area. Couldn’t ask for more 🤩. Thao and her sister is amazing, lovely, helpful and friendly. Oh and there was an adorable dog too named Lucky.
The balcony’s door is broken but it’s not a big deal since the room is on the 4th floor and is safe. Thao sorted the issue promptly. I would still recommend it to anyone looking for a budget yet charming boutique hotel in Sapa.
Breakfast was good. We also had hot pot dinner in the hotel restaurant, and it was excellent. The taste, the vegetables, everything about the food was great - especially amidst the cold Sa Pa weather.
Cleanliness of the room could be better.
