Pros:

The room was super nice and clean just like in the pictures. Beds were comfortable and the bathtub was great. Very spacious room. The host was very kind and friendly and went the extra mile to help us arrange a birthday cake.

Cons:

The town was almost like a ghost town as we visited early in the tourist season. Hundreds of hotels but barely any people around.

Khách sạn nằm ờ vị trí thuận tiện, có chỗ đậu xe ô tô rất tiện lợi. Chăn, gối, đệm và tiện nghi trong phòng đều rất tốt và sạch sẽ, giá cả cũng rất hợp lý. Nếu không có một chút hiểu nhầm về vị trí và hạng phòng với chủ khách sạn thì mọi chuyện có lẽ là nên để điểm 10. Dành tặng điểm 9 để chủ nhà chăm sóc các vị khách khác tốt hơn. Rất khuyến khích!

Đặt ksan này quả là ở xứng đáng. Phòng sạch sẽ thoải mái, ks có cả bữa sáng nữa đỡ phải sáng ra tìm quán ăn. Chị chủ rất thân thiện chu đáo, nhà mình đến sớm quá nhưng có phòng trống là dc nhận phòng luôn, còn hỗ trợ nhiệt tình trong khi ở đây, bme mih lớn tuổi rồi ko biết đi tham quan như nào nhờ ks hỗ trợ đặt tour vịnh mà có chuyến đi thật vui. Chắc chắn đây sẽ là nơi dừng chân của mih khi đến Hạ Long

This is a nice hotel, comfortable beds, lots of hot water, kettle but no tea or coffee, small fridge . Staff are very friendly and want to help you but don't speak much English, but Google translate works well. WiFi is good. They helped us hire A moped and the travel advisor booked our day cruise. We booked sea view, but this was a mistake and were moved to the back easily. The reason for this is that the whole of the front section is a building site and will be for a few years judging on the massive development of Ha Long all over and the noise from the booming beach front outdoor sound stage, that you cannot get away from totally. If this is your vibe, this is a perfect location for you, it stopped at midnight, but this is not the hotel's fault. The location is a little remote with very few restaurants/shops, but plenty of Grabs around. All in all, we enjoyed the stay.
