Hanoi Calido Hotel

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and overall it was a good experience. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and comfortable, making the stay relaxing. The staff was courteous, cooperative, and always ready to help whenever required. The location of the hotel is convenient and easily accessible, which makes it suitable for both business and leisure travelers. The food quality was good and offered decent variety.

Experience is amazing. Very close to all attractions. For vegetarian they do have options. Once we wanted to leave early hotel staff ensure we had breakfast by 6:30 AM before we leave.

Hotel Calido is a great choice for anyone staying in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the Old Quarter—making it easy to explore Hoan Kiem Lake, night markets, local street food, and many famous attractions all within walking distance.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing place to rest after a busy day exploring the city. Housekeeping does a good job, and the beds are cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep.

We stayed with Ha Noi Calido hotel in Old Quarter area for 5 days (5-10 Sep) . Trust you me , we never felt that we are in a hotel rather from day 1 we felt this is our second home in Hanoi. Starting from the owners to the staff everyone was welcoming , helpful and informative. Our encyclopedia were each and every team member at the front desk. Mr. Bank , Ms, Lily , Ms. Trixie were extremely helpful and smiling . On the day of our arrival we had arranged the pick up from the hotel and when we arrived , the staff was standing at the main door to welcome us. It took us hardly 5 minutes to finish our checking formalities and go to the room. Likewise we were given a warm sendoff by the staff .
The rooms are equipped with Tea/ Coffee maker, Small fridge, Work Desk with chair, Open wardrobe . Rooms have separate glass cubicles for toilet and shower. Basic amenities like toothbrush, Shaving kit, Comb, Shoer cap , Body wash and shampoo. Water is provided and replenished everyday . To maintain your privacy, they have door tags which you can hang them if you wish to get the housekeeping done in your room or maintain privacy.
Don't forget to see the big aquarium on the right side of the hotel entrance . They lobby has some artifacts and temple .
Sightseeing places are walking distance specially the train street which is just 3 minutes walk . The Water puppet show theatre , Night Market , The King Roti are hardly 10 minutes by walk .
I saw the owners personally taking care of the guests during breakfast . All due respect to the lady owner who i saw even picked the used dishes and cleaned the tables for the guests . This is what is called customer service. Breakfast has Noodles, Fried rice, Fresh fries, salad, cut fruits, breads, pan cake with chocolate sauce , tea , coffee , Milk and juice.

Our stay in Calido hotel was quite a memorable experience. Hotel room was big and clean. Breakfast is ok and the staff, lily was quite friendly and very accommodating.

Mr. Bank and Ms. Trixie are exceptionally accommodating and go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. They are always ready to answer any questions about Vietnam and enthusiastically offer helpful suggestions to enhance your travel experience. The entire hotel staff is approachable, friendly, and professional, consistently ensuring a pleasant stay. The hotel facilities are impressively clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to provide both comfort and convenience. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay with outstanding service.

We came in early but there were no rooms available yet but they let us stay in the reception area and booked us the earliest room available ASAP. Mr Bank and Ms. Lily were very welcoming and they also gave us a michelin resto recommendation and we definitely enjoyed the food. They were very considerate. The place was also accessible to a lot of food stalls and quick tourist spots visits, it’s 4 minutes away from the train street and 8 mins away from St. Joseph cathedral.

The hotel was nice and cozy, also the staffs Mr Bank and Ms Lily are very accommodating and recommend places to go and eat. Also made possible to check in our room early. Near to everything restos , cafes etc Very good experience and I totally recommend this place

Great service and they let us check in early as a good gesture as well. They also let us keep our luggage in the lobby while we shopped and roamed around. Thank you very much. Highly recommended hotel for your future travels.

The stay was very comfortable, we booked family suit, was big room and spacious! Location is best cause all the main attractions are near by! Staff is very very polite and welcoming, specially Mr. Julian, Mr. Bank, Miss. Trixie and Miss. Lily! Can definitely have a good time!

The people at the reception Ms Ly, Mr Bank and MsTrixie were super nice and helpful with our requests of tours and help with our airline. Great attitude, polite and warm. The hotel is one block from the train street so we were there couple times plus is at the old Quarter town so is walking distance from every were. Is clean and comfortable beds

I stayed at Calido Hotel Hanoi and had a wonderful experience. The room was incredibly nice, clean, and beautifully designed, making it a very comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring. All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and kind especially Trixie and Julian, they made me feel very welcome throughout my stay.

The hotel’s location is perfect, right in old quarter area. There are plenty of stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby, which made it really convenient. Whether you’re visiting for sightseeing, shopping, or just to enjoy the local atmosphere.
We also get help by Trixie to booked a day trip to Ninh Binh.

Calido Hotel Hanoi is an excellent choice. I would definitely stay here again!

Calido Hotel is tucked away on a side street away from the busier streets of Hanoi. I stayed in a Junior Suite 1 King and it was a good size. Each floor only had 4 rooms so it is a quiet hotel. The a/c didn't produce much cool air but there is a floor fan that can help circulate wind around.

Breakfast was simple but it's nice to start your day with some pho (I quite like it).

If you want to go around the city, Grab app will be abour $1-2 the most. The hotel is litterally a 3 minute walk from train street I can hear the train in the shower!
