Génial
Pros:

L’accueil du personnel etait incroyable et ils etaient de tres bon conseil
La décoration de l’hôtel était magnifique

Nice & clean, great location
Pros:

Very nice clean rooms with a spacious bathroom. Staff were all friendly and helpful, and the coffee bar downstairs serves nice drinks. The location was good, there were lots of activities and cafes nearby.

Great for 2 nights.
Pros:

Lovely property, reception was gorgeous. Staff were nice and let us keep our bags in the hotel until late after check out. A good 25 minute walk to old quarter and other attractions, didn’t bother us but good to point out.

Cons:

Rooms were great, maybe needed a deeper clean in bathroom etc.

The apartment made our stay a delight
Pros:

Very well located , very quiet road , clean and very helpful staff, they helped us to book our train tickets

Cons:

Nothing, everything was perfect. We’ve been upgraded from a bedroom to a very nice apartment.

Beautiful rooms, location just around the corner from the temple of literature. Staff were attentive and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Glad to stay in a place that surpassed expectations.

Highly recommended! An oasis in Hanoi.
Pros:

1- location, excellent local eats. Location helped make our stay in Hanoi. Cong vien little lake nearby, traditional. Loved it.
2- so clean! beautifully styled, Vietnamese sensibility.
3- so quiet! Great sleep.
4- washing machine really helped.
We were upgraded on arrival to an apartment, much appreciated and so sad to leave it. It was a great oasis. Thank you.
5- kind staff, and not pushy at all.
6- it smelt good.
