I had a very nice stay here. The property is nice and well equipped, a full kitchen, nice shower, washing machine and a nice big balcony. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful also. I really liked the location as-well, right at the front door is a market full of fresh fruit and veg. I would definitely recommend this place.
Great balcony, water pressure was good, air conditioner worked great.
Not clean. Kitchen not fully equipped. Noisy location. Inhospitable host who weirdly avoids personal contact with guests. Shower drains slowly so bathroom floods when you take a shower.
Better rooms and hotels are available for similar or cheaper prices. Not good value for money.
I stayed for 2 weeks and they offered to clean the room only once.
Absolutely regret staying there.

The apartment is as described and everything works as it should. Carol is a darling and they also have scooters to rent. The location is right in the best part of the beach scene.
I liked having a balcony, washing machine and somewhere to hang my clothing after washing. It was walking distance to the beach and nearby restaurants and shops.
There is a market outside the building. It can get a little smelly in the afternoon. To be fair, that could be said about a lot of Da Nang!
I stayed here for 6 weeks and really enjoyed my stay thanks to Carol and the staff. The studio has everything you need including cooking facilities/utensils, desk, TV and a balcony with washing machine. The location is great with a mini mart and market just downstairs and 5 min walk from the beach. I would recommend this place for long stays and will be back soon.
Carol was a wonderful and very accommodating hostess. She helped a lot with advice on issues that interested me, and always responded quickly to requests. I would be happy to stay here again.
Host was very kind and helpful. there is a nice local market and convenience store outside. Walking distance to many great restaurants such as Bao An Macrobiotic, 12Grams and the best massage place Herbal Spa.

The apartment that we stayed in was very big and spacious has a lot of potential but unfortunately is very basic. I feel awful giving an honest review because the owner, Carol was lovely (if she wasn't so nice we would have left on the first night) however I do feel its important because we were mislead by the photos and reviews. Everything I write i really hope the owner can take it as constructive because it could be an amazing apartment.
I'll start with the cleanliness, it isn't up to standard at all! The window wall separating the kitchen and the living room looked like it hadn't ever been cleaned, the plates and cutlery hadn't been washed since the last guest and the walls in the bathroom had soap and hair stuck to it again from previous guests.
The comfort.. our bed was like sleeping on a bed of bricks. It was extremely uncomfortable and caused weeks of sleepless nights. She did provide a mattress topper but it didn't help at all. On top of that the bed came without a duvet cover, we had to ask for one. A duvet cover should ALWAYS be provided purely for cleanliness. The sofa was a bench, there were no cushions and was also very hard and you couldn't sit comfortably anywhere in the apartment and when you are staying for over a month this is really important.
The kitchen was actually fine, aside from the fact the plates and things haven't been cleaned, I also feel more cooking equipment is needed, they didn't have mugs for a tea or coffee and only had 1 glass.
The bathroom is a wet room so everything gets wet when you have a shower and it didn't have a fan so it always smelled of damp. Plus the mat they had outside the bathroom didn't ever get changed so I hate to think how many other bare feet have walked on it.
The decor, this is such an easy fix. The apartment didn't look finished it really did have the bare minimum. I'd advise getting some nice art work, some decorative accessories, fake plants, bedside tables with lamps, a full length mirror, a proper sofa, not a bench, a rug. They had a lovely entertainment display but its completely bare just adding these things could make such a difference.
Lastly, our apartment looked onto a wall so we didn't get much day light. This of course can't be helped but I think it does make a difference having natural day light.
I hope the owner understand that this is meant to help and advise.
My wife and I stayed here for 40 nights as our first place to start living and working in Da Nang. Carol was lovely to deal with, very responsive and easy to resolve any questions or issues we had. The location is great. There is a local market right out the front door with anything you could want for very cheap prices. Can be a little noisy at times. Lots of other shops in the main streat around the corner and then next one over. The beach is easy to walk to. The room is small at 35sqm but the layout is very good to make it totally comfortable. We found it easy to cook our own meals there. The only reason we didn't keep staying there is it was a bit small for a permanent place to live and work from. It would be perfect for one person or a couple on holiday for shorter stays.
Sometimes very loud Karaoke in the surounding shops/houses. (But this seems to be an issue everywhere here.)
New room, new furniture. Carol was very helful and friendly.
