Pros:

Phòng cảm giác khá ấm cúng như đổi lại chật hẹp và tù

Cons:

Vào lúc 3h sáng tiếng phòng giặt đồ ở tầng thượng rất ồn. Tôi không thể nào ngủ được. Gọi nhân viên lễ tân thì họ lại báo là tôi có muốn đổi phòng xuống tầng 1 không. Nhưng vấn đề ở đây là đồ đạc trong phòng rất nhiều, chẳng lẽ tôi phải dọn đồ vào lúc 3h sáng để di chuyển xuống phòng dưới và trưa hôm sau tôi phải dọn đồ 1 lần nữa để checkout? Rất là bất tiện. Chẳng lẽ về phía khách sạn không có phương án giải quyết tối ưu nào cho khách hàng. Chẳng lẽ khách sạn buộc phải giặt đồ làm ồn vào lúc 3h sáng? Tôi đã checkout ngay sau đó (4h sáng)

The stay was very aesthetic and started out great with the old security guard on the lower level helping me with my bags. It was tough communicating because the front desk women didn’t speak much English. My room was small with no windows but very cheap so I appreciated the cleanliness and how beautiful the room was. The only bad things were that there were some stains on the duvet cover and I couldn’t sleep all night before my flight because the hallway and other guests were so loud all through the night.

Did not meet my expectation. I thought the room has HUE light with multiple color but not, it's just yellow...
And the room has no soundproof. I can hear everything from above

Cons:

I booked it for the whole day, yet when I checked in, no rooms were available. The receptionist said they supposed that I canceled, while there were no calls made to my provided phone number. So I had to wait for the some guests to check out before they could stuff me in a random room, that I was not sure that it was the one that I booked.

The curtain was inadequate to block the light from their advertising sign, which was annoyingly on all night.

Terrible experience.

Amazing and refreshing room and hotel leading the way in comfort and guest experience
Pros:

The interior design of the hotel was refreshing and far beyond the generally boring and sterile hotel rooms on offer generally. The room reflected an approach to fulfilment of a away from home feel that promoted a playful and enjoyable stay. Our room was equipped with a bathtub and shower with fitting that were carefully integrated into the comfortable general feel of the bathroom. Our room included a huge new cinematic screen with all the features imaginable and added to the homely feeling of being away. Many have commented on the soundproofing of the rooms but this was not at all apparent during our stay. Highly recommend this hotel which is located just 15 minuets from the main airport
