Cons:

Originally booked for 5 days an hour after check in we informed staff that we had to change our booking & return back to Aus due to an emergency. Asked if we could have a partial refund of the 2 days remainder of the stay due to having to leave suddenly which was out of our control & they agreed as long as we altered the booking online which we did & which they accepted. Staff said it would take a month to get a refund. They were unable to do it that night however upon check out no refund was received nor any mention of a refund. Also during the stay we asked for an extra pillow upon dropping off the pillow the housekeeper or one the staff was extremely abrupt & rude & made us feel extremely unwelcome.

For the position, I’d stay here again
Pros:

Close to all markets (central market 2 minute walk), shops and restaurants. Room was great (601) and big but paid extra. Shower good, bed comfy. Breakfast was fine and I’d highly recommend this hotel for position.

Great location!! and spacious room!!
Close to everything with walking distance. Nice breakfast!

Cons:

The staff at the breakfast room were not friendly & helpful except the egg station. The egg station male staff is very friendly.
