The location is great, the stuff is very nice.

Cons:

We found a lot of hairs on the beds and on the floor that were not ours (different hair color), we suspect that nobody changed the bedsheets, because there was a lot of dirt - really disgusting. Also window was not opening, and there was no air vent in the toilet so it was very moldy and smelly all the time

Reasonable price, dedicated service
As a level 3 Genius member, I have stayed in many places, but Trieu Vu Hotel in Buon Ma Thuot really impressed me with its unbeatable price and sincere hospitality. This is the cheapest hotel in the city, and although the facilities are old and some of the furniture is a bit worn, the most important things are guaranteed: clean rooms, friendly staff, and all the amenities work well.
What I appreciate most is the service attitude. The staff is always ready to support, enthusiastic and attentive. If you are not satisfied with the room, they will change the room immediately without any hassle. At this price, such service is rare.
The hotel's location is also very convenient to explore Buon Ma Thuot's famous destinations such as:
• Kotam Eco-tourism Area – an ideal place to relax in the middle of nature.
• Dak Lak Museum – a place that preserves the history and culture of the Central Highlands.
• Buon Ma Thuot Victory Monument – a meaningful historical symbol.
• Trohbu Botanical Garden – a cool green space for those who love nature.
If you are someone who prioritizes cleanliness, service attitude and convenience over luxury, then Trieu Vu Hotel is a great choice. I will definitely come back here in the future.

Là thành viên Genius cấp độ 3, tôi đã từng lưu trú ở nhiều nơi, nhưng Trieu Vu Hotel tại Buôn Ma Thuột thực sự gây ấn tượng bởi mức giá không thể tốt hơn và sự hiếu khách chân thành. Đây là khách sạn có giá rẻ nhất thành phố, và dù cơ sở vật chất đã cũ, một số đồ dùng có phần xuống cấp, nhưng những điều quan trọng nhất đều được đảm bảo: phòng sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện, và mọi tiện nghi đều hoạt động tốt.
Điều tôi đánh giá cao nhất chính là thái độ phục vụ. Nhân viên luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ, nhiệt tình và chu đáo. Nếu bạn không hài lòng với phòng, họ sẽ đổi phòng ngay lập tức mà không hề phiền hà. Với mức giá này, dịch vụ như vậy là điều hiếm thấy.

Phòng tạm ổn thôi.
Pros:

Sử dụng nước uống trong chai thủy tinh.

Cons:

Trang thiết bị cũ kĩ, chủ đầu tư không sửa chữa. Phòng không có TV nhưng không sao vì không có nhu cầu sử dụng, tuy nhiên tủ lạnh mini không dùng được.
Phòng 2 giường nhưng chỉ có duy nhất 2 ổ cắm ở đầu giường, quá ít ỏi cho một nhóm gia đình cần sạc các thiết bị cá nhân như điện thoại, máy tính bảng, đồng hồ và pin dự phòng.
Thích cách nước được đổ trong chai thủy tinh có thể tái sử dụng, tuy nhiên nắp chai có vẻ bị gỉ sét, cần xem xét độ sạch của nước uống.

Phòng đặt thì không hề giống trên app, phòng nghỉ thì dơ, tăm tối còn chả có tí cách âm là gì.. Nói chung trãi nghiệm cực tệ. Tui đặt 3 ngày 2 đêm mà lên ở được 1 đêm là hôm sau bỏ phòng đi kiếm nhà nghỉ khác luôn
