Pros:

Posizione, camera con vista stupenda e buffet strepitoso.

Cons:

difficoltà a parlare con la reception in inglese e poco aiuto nei consigli per gite.
Avevamo capito l’hotel disponesse di lettini nella spiaggia davanti ma non è così, danno solo i teli mare ma i lettini sono a pagamento.

Pros:

Завтрак замечательный, хорошие кровати и тапочки для пляжа есть в номере, и на этом пожалуй всё. Размер номера на фото и в жизни сильно отличается (был меньше), персонал "вяло" общается с гостями, не увидели клиентоориентированности.

Cons:

Номер с боковым видом на море, 30 % видно с окошка продают как "вид на море" а 70% это пустырь под окном и дорога, не было ни одного комментария что это сильно боковой вид. В номере очень часто оставался песок на полу после уборки. Гель для душа пришлось просить чтобы налили, так как когда мы намекнули сняв крышку с флакона что там пусто, её просто закрыли и даже не наполнили. Полотенца и лежанки для пляжа очень быстро заканчиваются, пришлось самим купить для себя личную. В 00.00 закрывается этаж с бассейном ( где можно курить если не хочется выходить на улицу) лифт туда едет, а обратно не забирает, и была проблема выйти с 31 этажа.

The location was close to the airport

Cons:

I had issues with the room card, 3 times error using lifts and entering room. The layout of the 2 bedroom suite was very old, this room didnt feel like a 5 star hotel. The bathroom was tiny... The food was also a bit boring and lacking in presentation. The staff were verh friendly. They could use a doorman to elevate the feel, and the lobby was hot. The bed was good, and the soundproof noise was good too. The tv was very old... I think I would give it one more try and stay in another room type.

Классный отель. Чистый. удобный. Персонал отзывчивый. Завтраки вкусные. Бассейн на 31 этаже чистый. Цены демоератичные. Уютный семейный отель.

Cons:

Негде сушить полотенца и купальники. Маленький балкон.

Pros:

Подушки, одеяло, халаты, постельное белье и принадлежности. Вид из номера и чудесные завтраки! Вежливый персонал)

Шумные соседи, очень сильная слышимость, невозможно спать, если за стенкой дети
