I highly recommend staying at the
Pros:

Best Western hotel and staff went above and beyond from the welcoming to departure. The staff showed integtrity thoughout our stay, holding our luggage, handling our luggage along with the resturaunt was beyond amazing. Food delicious and the hotel was incredibly clean!

Cons:

I cannot think of anything that I did not like.

Looks like a 5 star hotel but with 2 star service.
Pros:

The hotel looks very good and is in a nice area in Nha Trang.. The breakfast is ok there a fair of different things to eat.

Cons:

The staff are poorly trained and not very helpful.. there is lots of problems with the door locks and the elevators and key card’s. There was no hot water in the room when I check in. They need another coffee machine or two for the breakfast area.

A good choice for comfort and convenience.
Pros:

Good location, the hotel will provide you with towels & mat at the lobby for use on the beach. The beach is beautiful. We also went to pool on the 31st floor, scenery was great & the pool side restaurant has made the experience even better! The staff are cheerful and helpful.

A Solid Five-Star Hotel – Elevated by the Club Level
Pros:

There are five-star hotels, and then there are those that go the extra mile. This one doesn’t—but it does what it promises, and does it well. It’s a classic five-star property with clean rooms, good facilities, and reliable service. Nothing flashy, nothing falling apart.

What made our stay truly enjoyable was upgrading to a suite with club access. That transformed the experience. The suite was spacious, the view from the top floor was beautiful, and the atmosphere was calm and unhurried. Breakfast by the rooftop pool was a daily highlight, and the staff in the club area were attentive and kind throughout our stay.

The hotel is slightly removed from the busiest part of the beach, which actually adds to the sense of quiet. Location-wise, it works well.

Cons:

That said, there are a few oddities. Check-in took longer than expected because we were thoroughly briefed on rules—like the strict prohibition against hanging laundry on the balcony (a fine applies), or bringing food back to the room (also discouraged). It felt a bit over-managed. When paying, the card terminal wasn’t working and we were asked to complete the transaction manually—using envelopes and handwritten notes. A small inconvenience, but a reminder that some processes could be smoother.

One thing worth clarifying: from the photos on Booking.com, you might get the impression that the hotel has sun loungers set up down by the public beach. It doesn’t. There’s beach access nearby, but no dedicated seating on the sand. Just so you know.

All in all, this is a good hotel—honest in what it offers, and especially worthwhile if you invest in the club level.
