- Clean, modern rooms. Rooms with a direct sea view offer an excellent view. Tea, coffee, water, and bathroom amenities were replenished daily.
- We really enjoyed the breakfast. Mango was available every day, while other fruits varied (passion fruit, watermelon, melon). The pho bo soup was especially delicious. Breakfast is served on the 31st floor in a comfortable setting, not too crowded, with very kind and attentive staff.
- The hotel is located in a quieter part of the city. It’s better to rent sunbeds on the beach a bit farther from the center (cheaper and less crowded).
- Very helpful and responsive staff. They took all our accommodation preferences into account. You can approach the reception desk with any request, and most employees speak good English.
- Beach towels are available on the first floor (recorded when taken), and umbrellas can be borrowed with a deposit of your room key card.
Some notes:
- Deposit policy (you need to leave your passport or 2 million VND as a deposit).
- When booking, we expected sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach (as stated in the description and shown in photos), but in reality, they were not available.

Nice Location, enjoyable breakfast, staff very friendly and most of hotel design was nice.
Shower & bath design, floor kept getting wet despite care taken.
Told not to dry items on balcony despite being a beach side hotel.
Bed was comfortable. Roof top bar is nice.
house keeping was not good. Room was dirty upon check in. Supplies, like soap and shampoo were never replenished. Shower drain was plugged and every shower resulted in a flood of the entire bathroom floor.

Gulvet var støvete da vi kom. Sengen var hard. Personalet kunne ha vært mer vennlig ved å smile og imøtekommende. Vi ga beskjed om at rommet var skittent da vi kom, det ble selvfølgelig fikset opp dagen etter på renhold, men personalet fa ingen uttrykk for sympati eller beklagelser.
Almost everything, as a wheelchair user we couldn’t use the pool that was the only thing but the room staff and breakfast view was amazing!!
There was no ramp for the wheelchair, so I had to use a mini lift, which was a little bit inconvenient and the fact we couldn’t get to the pool but for anyone that doesn’t need wheelchair access accessibility the hotel is amazing
