Idyllic peaceful resort with clean facilities and great staff
Pros:

Very peaceful and well maintained resort, lovely pool area and the room had a large comfy bed and was very clean.
Staff always on hand and arranged my SUV to the resort, a fantastic day tour and bus to Cat Ba on check out.
Breakfast and alcohol prices both fine.

Cons:

Little bit isolated and off a main road but nothing a grab scooter can’t sort

Pros:

Le calme paisible de l’hôtel , les vélos à dispositions pour se promener, la chambre top pour 4 personnes :) et le petit déjeuner inclus !

Emplacement: loin du centre ville (1h à pied), pas de restaurant ou café à côté, se trouve dans un endroit assez reculé

Great bed, beautiful gardens and tranquil location.

The safe did not work and was not bolted down therefore we could not use the safe while we were there.

Absolument tout , la localisation proche de tout , le cadre très reposant et magnifique, le personnel aux petits soins pour vous , petit déjeuner très bon , la chambre superbe avec très bonne literie et un massage exceptionnel !

Beautiful Gardens would recommend
Pros:

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were clean. The fan and air conditioning worked well, and being in a back room made it peaceful and quiet.
Breakfast and spring rolls delicious

The pool and bar were lovely, and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved the flowers everywhere—the gardens were beautiful. The massage was wonderful, and getting around was easy with Grab readily available.

Pros:

Die Anlage ist traumhaft schön mit dem Pool und den vielen Pflanzen. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden ganz aktiv angeschrieben und es wurde für uns ein super Transfer organisiert. Die Ausflüge vor Ort, die wir über die Unterkunft gebucht haben, waren auch schön. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen und empfehlen die Unterkunft in jedem Fall!
