Good location but beware of downfalls
Pros:

The hotel is in the perfect location, >5 minute walk to the old town. The free bicycles are helpful. Comfy bed.

Cons:

The location did mean it was rather noisy until the early morning. Our room was situated right next to building works that the hotel failed to inform us meaning we were being woken up at 7am our entire stay. The cleaner failed to lock the room door, and with no safe, anyone could have taken our valuables.

Pros:

Me and my girlfriend had a great stay. The accomodation has a nice mountain view next to the river. Hung and his family were really nice to us and he came to pick us up from the train station. They also offer a lot of tours en extras. I would recommend!

Great location, clean modern rooms & bathroom. Large balcony spectacular views at night. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

I liked the location. Its close to the Old Town without being in the absolute chaos of it, and was quiet at night. The wifi was good.

Cons:

The room was small and dark, as I was up against another building, so no real day light. Room was small. There was no ventilation, and there was mildew on the walls. The sheets would be inexplicably damp. The AC is either set to ARCTIC CHILL or is not on, not very responsive. There were always mosquitos in my room, somehow? I would not stay again.

Location - in the heart of the old town of Hoi An, right by the lantern lake. Big bed, comfy pillows. Lovely hotel staff

Cons:

Noise until 4am from outside, plus very loud guests. Also, there is a smell of damp and mould throughout the hotel. I noticed that there is no extraction fan ventilation in the bathroom. The ceiling was covered in mould spots and the only ventilation would be via an open window... which attracted mosquitos inside.

great place to stay close to all the best spots
Pros:

hoi an is lovely and we had a great time walking around
the location is perfect right on the corner over the bridge next to all the main streets and places to see and eat by the river
