It has an amazing location. The place is nice, the staff is super polite and provide such a good service
It could have been cleaner. I walked barefoot in the room and my feet literally turned gray from the dirt lol.
The value was quite good, having stayed at a different hotel in hanoi earlier that was twice the price. That being said we could definitely feel the difference in the service we received and in the facilities as a whole. The location is great, luckily our room was on a higher floor so we hear nothing from outside on the busy street.
The fridge didn't keep anything very cold and the AC worked but took a really long time to cool the room considering the size of it.

An der Rezeption wenig Interesse am Gast, kaum Sprachkenntnisse englisch, an Problemlösungen nicht interessiert. Die Türen schlecht schließend und zum Teil auch in Abwesenheit offen stehend, das ganze Hotel hellhörig und sehr laut durch rücksichtslose Gäste. Die Zimmer ohne Fenster, frei liegende Kabel, eine Renovierung ist überfällig. Die "Rooftop-Bar" eine Müllhalde mit reichlich Rost und Schmutz, nicht nutzbar und ohne Personal. Die Dusche ist Teil der Toilette, demnach ist nach der Nutzung das gesamte Bad/WC überschwemmt. - Wir haben das Hotel gewechselt, mussten doppelt zahlen, da der Manager nicht zur Verfügung stand für ein Gespräch.

We didn’t get to stay as the day we were due arrive we get told there is no room ! Yet still available on booking.com at triple the price ! We got moved to another hotel 5 mins away and had to pay cash. It was ok to sleep in for the night but don’t know what our original one would have been like and got stressed out that morning I got the message about no availability so spoilt it for us
Beds were comfy and 4 comfy pillows on the bed and ac was good and shower was hot.
Night before flying in they changed booking to choosing a different lower class hotel we chose madelise amica... very inconvenient and likely planned if you read google reviews. Small double rooms (we had 2 doubles and a family room) we did enjoy our stay in the end after a very rocky and wrongful beginning.
Location is decent.
We were offered an upgrade to the sister hotel which we accepted, however the room was dirty, the shower door was hanging off the wall, we only had one threadbare towel in the room, when we asked for another one, we were told it couldn’t be provided until the following day, the member of staff at reception didn’t know the WiFi code. We asked to pay for the room and transfer by card, and were told there was a 4% charge for doing so, no problem, only the man on reception forgot to add the transfer on so we ended up having to use some of our cash to pay for that and then they didn’t have any change.
