Pros:

Beds were comfy and 4 comfy pillows on the bed and ac was good and shower was hot.

Cons:

Night before flying in they changed booking to choosing a different lower class hotel we chose madelise amica... very inconvenient and likely planned if you read google reviews. Small double rooms (we had 2 doubles and a family room) we did enjoy our stay in the end after a very rocky and wrongful beginning.

Terrible, stay somewhere else.

Cons:

We were offered an upgrade to the sister hotel which we accepted, however the room was dirty, the shower door was hanging off the wall, we only had one threadbare towel in the room, when we asked for another one, we were told it couldn’t be provided until the following day, the member of staff at reception didn’t know the WiFi code. We asked to pay for the room and transfer by card, and were told there was a 4% charge for doing so, no problem, only the man on reception forgot to add the transfer on so we ended up having to use some of our cash to pay for that and then they didn’t have any change.

Hotel does not care about their clients and overbooks and lies to the clients!

The reception area was nice and quaint.

Cons:

Was informed on arrival day that the family room I booked was not available due to damp conditions and that they will need to give us a two separate rooms. The rooms themselves were dingy and had no windows unlike the one I booked. We were away for one night and were going to return the following day but were told that they can’t guarantee that a room would be available due to overbooking. The same room type that allegedly had damp. And even though the booking was confirmed weeks before. We were advised to consider booking another hotel or to move to one of their sister hotels which we didn’t want to do instead we decided to cancel as they offered to cancel for free and found a better hotel instead.
However they still tried to charge my card despite telling me that the booking was cancelled!! Highly unprofessional! Not an establishment or group of hotels I would recommend! Stay well clear!!
