- Vị trí khá tốt, gần trung tâm đi đâu cũng dễ.
- Cho nhận phòng trước 30p so với thời gian đã đặt trên Booking
- Thời gian lưu trú tôi thấy có khoảng 4 lễ tân, nhưng chỉ có 1 anh tóc hơi dài đeo kính và một bạn nam trẻ tuổi (không đeo kính) là dễ thương. Còn một bạn nữ và một bạn nam tóc ngắn (cũng đeo kính) rất không thân thiện với khách hàng.
- Nhân viên lễ tân nữ vô cùng thiếu chuyên nghiệp. Tôi và người yêu bước vào khách sạn đứng trước quầy lễ tân này mà cô ấy còn không biết, tới lúc chúng tôi lên tiếng thì cô ấy vẫn không thèm nhìn tới mặt của khách hàng, không trả lời. Mũ trùm nón vẫn đội và bấm máy tính cạch cạch, một lát sau mới nói chuyện mà không thèm nhìn khách ra sao, rất coi thường khách hàng. Thấy mệt quá thì về nghỉ, chúng tôi trả tiền để được phục vụ chứ không phải đi xin. Chưa kể, tôi thấy khách sạn này có vấn đề về khâu quản lý khi tôi chứng kiến một chị khách khác xuống lấy xe (xe này chị ấy đã thuê và đổ xăng), nhưng lễ tân khác thì đã lấy xe đó cho một khách khách thuê nữa. Đến lúc chị khách này xuống lấy xe để đi thì không thấy xe đâu, lễ tân giải quyết không thoả đáng cho chị đó. Tôi phải thở phào nhẹ nhõm vì khi có ý định thuê, hỏi lễ tân nữ vẫn không thèm nhìn mặt chúng tôi mà trả lời :)) lỡ dính vào rắc rối như chị khách kia thì chuyến đi coi như hết vui.
- Phòng giá cao so với những gì được nhận lại, đáng ra chỉ xứng với một nửa tiền tôi đã trả
- Phòng có kiến, kiến to, nội thất vài chỗ đã cũ, màn che kính rất dơ, bụi nhiều như mấy năm rồi không ai giặt
- Nước bồn cầu yếu
Khách sạn gần trung tâm, quán cafe & quán ăn gần , ngon, chỗ đậu xe thoải mái.

They do not charge for renting motorbikes 24hours (for example from 12:00 to 12:00 next day), only from "morning" till "evening" which was very unsusual for Vietnam. For one whole day (24h) we been charged for day and a half. Never had this situation in Vietnam but here.
Spacious room, good shower, good fridge, friendly staff - allowed us to check in early at no extra charge following a night bus. Staff also helped us to book onward transfers, and the rent a bike - all great service.
Weak Wi-Fi, often had to use mobile data. Located on a hill, no air con, noisy road outside
Very clean and spacious room. Instant hot water from the shower. Great location. All the staff were lovely but a young man on reception by the name of “Manh” was exceptional. He was engaging, thoughtful and an absolute credit to the hotel. He helped arrange a local guide for me and when I was ill he helped order some food in for me and gave me extra blankets when I felt cold. The hotel was to a very high standard anyway but Manh definitely has a high level of customer care and is a natural when making people feel important and cared for.

Staff are helpful and the rooms are clean. The hotel is located around 20 minutes from the main shopping/eating area. We received a free room upgrade to have a king size bed.
The rooms are on the small side, and with 2 people and 2 bags we didn’t have much room to move around
