Mọi thứ tàm tạm. Trải nghiệm 1 lần này thôi.
Pros:

Vị trí ok đị bộ ra khu trung tâm Hoà Bình lân cận dễ dàng. Nhân viên cũng giải quyết vấn đề nhanh chóng

Cons:

Đặt phòng trước 1 tháng, tới nơi nhận phòng dưới hầm, không có cách âm tốt gì cả, ở trên ai đi ai dậm ai khạc gì nghe đủ thứ âm thanh gây khó chịu, cảm giác như ai dậm trên đầu ấy. Xong tới bồn cầu lâu lâu tự ục ục sủi nước lên kinh dị ghê.. không dám ngồi, cái qua hôm sau nó còn bị nghẹt thì khách sạn vẫn xử lý nhanh chóng. Mình hỏi lễ tân phản hồi về tình trạng trải nghiệm chung của phòng, chỉ bảo do mình đặt sát ngày... nên ko dc xếp trên lầu, mình đặt trước 1 tháng cọc cũng đàng quàng, trên booking cũng ko phải hình ảnh đó, lúc nhận cọc cũng không được ghi chú hay cân nhắc gì.

מיקום מצויין , נתנו צק אין מוקדם בלי תשלום בהגעה מוקדמת כשהחדר היה מוכן , מזרונים נוחים בצורה חריגה והיה אדם בקבלה כל הלילה.

אחרי ש2 אנשים התקלחו המים החמים הפסיקו לעבוד ואחת מאיתנו התקלחה בחדר אחר

Good location, good value, one staff member not so accommodating
Pros:

Location is quiet, near restaurants and not far from the center. Good value.

Cons:

The first room we had didn't have a window but was not mentioned in the description. Also, I found one of the staff members was not accommodating. I tried to borrow a knife just to cut some fruits and she said she can't lend me any because to me because needs it for her business. I gave you some business...lol. That ruin my stay.
