מיטה נוחה מצעים מפנקים, מקלחת גדולה עם אמבטיה, כל החדר היה מרווח

Cons:

כל החדר כולל המקלחת הריח מביוב, היינו בקומה 17 מתוך 20 , אני בטוחה שהצוות יודע שזה חדר לא טוב.
דיי סבלנו ביומיים האלה.

Pros:

In Cao Bang is het volgens mij het beste hotel, de kamer was ruim. Personeel was vriendelijk en deed hun best

Cons:

Het hotel was echt vuil, de ramen van het restaurant zijn al jaren niet meer gewassen. De filter van de airco op onze kamer was volledig verstopt.

Pros:

La chambre est spacieuse et confortable.

Cons:

Le personnel était vraiment pas aimable et malpoli surtout venant d’un hôtel 5 hôtel, en particulier au moment de la réception. On n’a pas été très bien accueilli, pas de sourire, nous parlait fort et s’impatientait lorsqu’on avait du mal à se comprendre. Service à revoir!

Great views and comfortable rooms
Pros:

The view from our room was amazing and everything was well maintained and clean. We particularly enjoyed the sky bar which offered a variety of drinks and great sunset views.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi did not have a password so it is very insecure.

Room was very spacious and clean with huge windows allowing plenty of natural light. AC worked very well and the shower had good pressure and temperature regulation.

Cons:

Breakfast did not live up to expectation. Food was warm at best and not many options to choose from. Front desk staff could brush up on customer service skills.
