Lis horarios de la piscina y el desayuno siempre lo mismo pero vamos que bien
La habitación era amplia y las camas cómodas
El desayuno era muy asiático ,tuvimos q desayunar fuera porque no teníamos nada(no hay café).Todo el hotel está sin aire acondicionado lo que provoca una sensación de bochorno y contraste con la habitación.El personal muy lento en el restaurante ,teníamos que estar detrás de ellos para poder pedir una botella de agua y luego el agua venía prácticamente cuando habíamos acabado de comer.

De kamer is precies zoals op de plaatjes en enorm ruim opgezet! De locatie van dit hotel is ideaal en je hebt gaaf uitzicht. Prima ontbijt!
Toen er een hevige regenbui kwam, lekte er op een plek door de kozijnen water naar binnen. Door er een handdoek tegenaan te leggen was het zo opgelost en het hotel zou er naar gaan kijken.
De roomservice was goed geregeld maar het eten was van matige kwaliteit.

Staff attitude ruins the experience. 2 stars at most.
1. No bellman on 26 May, we had to carry our luggage by ourselves even if 2 people were at front desk(receptionist and a guy in white shirt), but they didn’t say anything.
2. Kitchen start cleaning breakfast buffet from 8:30, stop serving“Banh cuon” from 8:30, no chicken noodles from 8:50 (noodles guy said no more noodles) then 8:58 complete cleaning and light off, then 9:00 dead shutdown everything without any word to the guests.
3. Swimming pool staff: no greeting when arriving, no guidance, stick with cellphone most of time. Towels are unavailable, kept hidden inside gym. On 26th night when I ask for towel, he said “thường mọi người dùng khăn của phòng để đảm bảo vệ sinh”, like that towers is not clean or he mean I’m dirty? On 27th morning he’s busy with phone, I ask for tower he didn’t give and said wait until I finish swimming then he will give me tower before I go back room. On 27th evening he’s busy with his business on phone nonstop and ignored me standing in front of him. Feel like no respect, made me feel like I’m a beggar.
