Friendly and helpful hosts with a nice relaxing garden. The accommodation was good too with a nice high ceiling and nice big windows.
Homestay curata in ogni dettaglio. Fantastica accoglienza e disponibilità. Ottimi anche i servizi offerti come noleggio bici/motorino e lavanderia. Tutto perfetto, consigliatissimo!!!!
מקום מקסים ויפה עם הרבה שלווה. צמוד לנהר ארוך, כך שניתן לשוט בקייק של מקום הארחה ללא תשלום..המקום קרוב לאתרי תיירות יפים מאוד וניתן לשכור טוסטוס ולהגיע לכל מקום. זוג צעיר עם 2 ילדים חמודים מנהלים את המקום והם ממש מקסימים. בקיצור מומלץ ביותר.

Địa điểm thuận tiện đi thăm quan các chỗ và lên phố cố đều gần
Phòng ốc : Homestay mới , sạch sẽ, yên tĩnh, không gian thoải mái, chủ home rất vui vẻ và nhiệt tình.
Tiện nghi phòng : đồ dùng cơ bản ổn.
Tuy nhiên home cần cải thiện thêm tủ để quần áo + thêm TV nếu có ( phòng mới lên chắc chưa có )
Ngoài ra : Bữa sáng cũng ngon ổn áp
Cá nhân mình đánh giá tống thể 9.5/10 điểm. Dựa trên trải nghiệm của mình
A peaceful spot next to the river to relax and chill out. The hosts are a very friendly family and the breakfast and lunch were excellent. Close to the main attractions so easy to get around. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay right by the river in Trang an with a lovely family who run this. Room was perfect, spotlessly clean with ac, fan and hot water. Delicious breakfast included, would not hesitate to book again
Everything good
A very beautiful garden homestay with lovely rooms and a big shower room! The family here were so kind and lovely, they served great food that we could order with them onsite and also helped us with our itinerary of what we could do in the area. Scooter hire onsite was also very good and straight forward.
Everything was wonderful, however it was a little far out from our friends staying in Tam Coc, but very easy to reach with a scooter (and also grab)
Die Unterkunft und die InhaberInnen waren ein Traum. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und direkt am Fluss. Alles sah super schön aus. Das Frühstück war super lecker und das Personal war immer da, wenn wir was gebraucht haben. Wir haben sogar für unsere Ausflüge kostenlos Wasser und Snacks bekommen, also alles wirklich traumhaft.

Chỗ nghỉ gần tràng an, có thể đạp xe ra điểm tham quan. Chị chủ nhà đón tiếp rất nồng hậu. Đồ ăn sáng chị làm rất ngon. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ. Đoàn mình đã có trải nghiệm vui vẻ tại homestay.
Chỉ có điểm nhỏ là nước nvs chảy hơi yếu
Host is pretty gracious. We were a group of 3 vegetarian families from India. She helped us cook food for the kids. She helped to arrange a private tour of Ninh Bjnh and let us stay there for 3-4 hours and use their property even though we had checked out earlier. We had train to catch around 9.30 pm. So that helped us very much.

The place is just an oasis of peace. We loved the location so much, on the river and in a less crowded area of Ninh Binh where you can take a bicycle and ride in the small country roads. For breakfast we always had the pancake which was good and big enough. The owners are very sweet, as well as the dog. The rooms are huge and the matrasses very comfy.
