Pros:

Отличное расположение. Рядом с пляжем. Пляж лучший из всех, что видели. Есть где погулять вечером. Отличный бассейн. Хорошие завтраки. Пообедать тоже можно тут- не дорого и вкусно. Уборка каждый день. Персонал выполнял все просьбы. Спасибо большое)

Cons:

Написано, что меняют постельное белье раз в три дня. По факту за весь период проживания (15 дней) поменяли пару раз и то после просьбы об этом.

The staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming. They behaved poorly toward guests in general and were not attentive at all.

The hotel was not very clean, the room was extremely small, and the breakfast was very poor and not tasty at all. The doors did not block noise whatsoever, you could hear everything.

On our first night, the hotel staff were celebrating at the reception area after midnight. They were smoking indoors and being very loud. We politely asked them to speak more quietly because the noise could be clearly heard in the rooms and guests were unable to rest. They yelled at us, and during the following days they continued to treat us very badly.

I do not recommend this hotel.

Идея хорошая, а вот исполнение на троечку.
Pros:

Из плюсов: расположение рядом с пляжем, в приятном немноголюдном районе, широкая кровать, кондиционер, который не дует на кровать, бесплатная вода в номере

Cons:

Места в номере мало, 2 чемодана просто негде разложить, жесткая кровать, картонная дверь, через которую слышно все что делают соседи и что происходит внизу отеля. Уборка номера поверхностная, материалы в ванной очень дешевые из-за этого она выглядит уже потрепанной. У нас из душевой постоянно выливалась вода и вокруг унитаза была лужа. К сожалению, персонал отеля не справляется со всеми задачами, им явно не хватает организаторских способностей или дополнительных рук. Завтрак однообразный по меню, но тк кафе открыто и для сторонних посетителей, то долгое ожидание, забывают половину заказа, регулярно заканчивается кофе.

沒有熱水、床很硬、網路上說有游泳池其實是要付費的而且不在飯店裡。
隔音很差。
老闆是個非常差勁的人，令人感到噁心。

Từ 6 giờ sáng là bắt đầu ồn ào không ngừng.
Tầng 2 cách âm rất kém.

Traumurlaub abseits des Trubles

Die Anlage ist wunderschön angelegt, äußerst gepflegt, verfügt über tolle Pools (einer davon direkt am Meer) und kleinen angelegten Strand für den Meerzugang, die Zimmer und Villen sind hochwertig und großzügig ausgestattet, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet und Restaurant am Strand sind großartig - hinsichtlich Angebot und Service. Es wurde ein kostenloser Airport Shuttle bereit gestellt (Ankunft und Abreise)

Cons:

Die Lage ist etwas ab vom touristischen Geschehen. Man muss ca. 30-40min Fahrzeit rechnen (bis nach Sunset Town sogar länger). Wer einen großzügigen Bilderbuchsandstrand sucht, wird in diesem Hotel nicht fündig. Die Fotos des Hotels selbst dokumentieren dies gut.

Не очень развитый район Фукуока, но ходит бесплатный автобус до центра.
Не разрешили выезд на 2 часа позже (только за доп. плату) при не загруженности гостиницы
