The perfect happy stay
Pros:

Everything was perfect, we had a great stay, thanks a lot to Mr Tin in reception, he is very dedicated to make guests happy and satisfied, thanks also to Nolan and Thi in reception too, they are really so good and nice.

فندق روعه واستقبال خيالي..مناسب للعوائل..خذيت غرفتين مع بعض والاولاد استانسوا على الاطلاله والمسبح..نظافه ووسع في الغرف..الافطار جميل لكن ما كل شي حلال طبعا..اشكر اداره الفندق على تلبيه الطلب❤️..توفير الباص والتذاكر لنقلك من المطار للفندق طبعا

The kids club was very useful with kids.
The breakfast buffet was Halal.
The foam party was fun for the kids.
The great location for the hotel, you can find everything you may need around you. The Grand World is the best.

Cons:

Far away from Sunset Town and the airport.
In the description for the rooms was not accurate specially about the Twin room in booking they said it had one single bed. That was wrong it have 2 single beds.

الموقع وقربه من جميع الخدمات الضروريه .
قربه من الحديقه العالميه المشهوره في فوكوك .
المطعم يوجد به حلال واكلهم مقبول للعوائل العربيه وخيارات الحلال كثير.
طاقم التنظيف والروم سيرفس جدا مهذبين ومتعاونين .
وجود الألعاب المائيه للكبار والصغار وكذلك فعالية الرغوه يوم السبت من كل اسبوع بعد الرابعه عصرا .
وجود نادي للاطفال جيدا رائع .

Cons:

عند الخروج حاسبوني على منشفه بها نقطة كاتشب ودفعوني مبلغ 100 الف دونق فيتنامي .
قمت بحجز اطلاله على الشاطئ ولكن موظف الاستقبال اعتذر بعدم وجود اطلاله كما ان الغرف لم تكن جاهزه عند الدخول .

جميله وماندمت اني حجزت عندهم انصح بالسكن عندهم .

الموظفون، المرافق والبوفيه.

تركيز خفيف على التكيف فقط، بس التمست لهم العذر بسبب هم طبيعتهم غير مهتمين بالتكيف، بس لازم يراعون السياح ان مو الكل معتاد على الحر اما الباقي كل شي جميل ولو رجعت اكرر الحجز عندهم 👍🏻

If you are looking for family and kids friendly hotel, relax and comfort, excitment and honymoon, so you must chose the Wyhndham garden grandworld hotel, it not just a hotel of 5 stars, its a resort to be honest. One of the most realxing resort ever in Phu Quoc amd I really recommend it. The location, the food, the competency of the front office, the managment who work behind the seen, all deserve thank you very much.

Pros:

* مسبح كبير ويناسب العوائل وخاصةً الاطفال
* نادي للأطفال، منطقة ألعاب، وأنشطة يومية.
* يوجد حفلات رغوية (Foam Party) في بعض الأيام.
وأيضاً الموقع ممتاز
* داخل منطقة Grand World.
* قريب من VinWonders وVinpearl Safari.
* تتوفر حافلات مجانية وعربات تنقل إلى الشاطئ وبعض المعالم.
* الإفطار جيد يوجد قسم اكل الحلال بس للاسف الخيارات اللي تناسب الخليجيين قليلة
موظفة الاستقبال JULLY كانت متعاونة معنا جداً
وأيضا سعر صرف الدولار في الفندق كان افضل من الخارج

Pros:

Hôtel magnifique durant notre voyage au Vietnam, le gros avantage c'est qu'en logeant dans cet hôtel nous avons eu par la ligne de bus sur l'île 4 jours de pass illimité pour nous déplacer sur l'île. Le chauffeur nous a fait un QR code et nous avons pu venir et retourner a l'aéroport gratuitement juste en montrant notre réservation. Les toboggans de la piscine sont dignes d'un parc aquatique. Énorme choix au petit déjeuner et un accès à la plage privée de l'hôtel également. Et bien sûr en plein dans grandworld. Très heureuse de notre choix!!!!
