Pool: The pool felt quite slippery, possibly due to algae buildup. Given the high number of daily users, the water could be maintained and refreshed more frequently.
Charge Back to Room: It would be convenient if guests could purchase drinks and have the charges billed directly to their room, with payment settled at checkout.
Vegetarian Options: Considering the large number of tourists from the subcontinent, it would be great to include more vegetarian options at breakfast. While there were many choices available, a significant number included non-vegetarian items.

Cons:
- a specific public and animation, adjusted to this all inclusive-behavior preferences: too loud, in post-USSR-old-style; as a result, there is zero options to enjoy the nature, sea and birds sounds because of it. Not a proper place to relax at all.
- absence of a normal beach (only this year or at all?): the ruined by waves sea shore and unpleasant dirty sand on the beach; a distance ~ 50 cm between sunbeds, whereas guests smoke and drink all day long (it does not look it's forbidden in Vietnam/in the hotel, however in those people's countries it's obviously forbidden in public places); there was the only wish just to escape from the hotel beach (it's good there were other payed beach options to the right and a wonderful palms grove with a clean sand to the left).
- no normal coffee during the breakfast, no coffe mashines, they serve only "samovar"-coffee.
- not enough charging sockets in a room near the bed.
- strong chlorine smell from the pool (unfortunately, this is the only option to conviniently enter the hotel, bypassing the pool).

The bed was hard, not enough sunbeds, hard to get a table for breakfast, 5 mosaic tiles missing on edge of pool. Underwater light hanging off the pool wall. Food wasn’t great. Paid for lunch and it wasn’t warm. Ordered a kofta for dinner and didn’t get what we ordered. No tourdesk. Got told by staff member we were not allowed to play cards around the pool area. No money was involved just playing a game.. very weird. Too may alcohol boozed up men hanging around the pool area.

The primary drawback of our stay was the Indian breakfast counter. The selection is extremely limited—essentially restricted to a single dish—and unfortunately, the quality and taste did not meet expectations. Guests seeking a more substantial or authentic Indian breakfast experience may need to venture outside the hotel.

一直没人打扫房间，找服务员，答应1小时后来打扫，结果下午3点都没人来。到前台催了，邮件发了，还是没有人来打扫。态度很一般

Food. We all vomited after breakfast

Ужасный отель! Бежали сломя голову. Уборка в номере плохая, пляж не убирают, стаканы в баре просто всполаскивают водой и наливают туда новый напиток для другого посетителя. На ресепшене хаос, не владеют языком даже английским, все через переводчик.
НО САМОЕ УЖАСНОЕ!! Полная антисанитария в детских зонах. Как итог мы 2 раза были в детской игровой и один раз в детском бассейне, подхватили ротовирус, вся семья слегла на неделю по очереди, ребенок и я оказались в гоститале. На соседней кроватке тоже была девочка из нашего отеля. А потом мы вернулись и при мне маленький ребенок тоже начал блевать, очевидно этот же ротовирус.
В общем если не хотите провести свой отпуск в гоститале и в туалете, не приезжайте в этот отель .

А еще… у нас окна выходили в сторону моря, и между отелем и гольф полем находился пустырь, размером с футбольное поле. Мы еще с мужем удивлялись как так почему огромный кусок поля между территориями отеля.
Оказалось. Они туда просто мусор скидывают. Сотрудник отеля одел сапоги и вышел туда с огромным ведром, высыпал в яму и ушел.
А потом все это гниет на солнце в жаре. Понятно что ротовирус не дремлет, такая антисанитария

Mugg lukt på rommene. Bråkete hotell. Full guffe med julemusikk på høytaler anlegget ute til vi fikk noen til å skru det av etter midnatt. Da hadde vi allerede ringt ned til resepsjonen flere ganger. Var ingen som hørte på den musikken ute. Var som å ha diskotek rett inn på rommet. Mye støy generelt. Sikkert en bedre opplevelse hvis man russisktalende, virker som det er opplegg for de. Ingen ledige solsenger rundt bassenget, bare håndklær som ligger der. Bordene som står rundt har klistret lapper på seg som står at det koster så og så mye og bruke de. Må skrive under på en liste over alt vi må erstatte hvis noe blir ødelagt når vi er der og at vi tar fullstendig ansvar for drukning i bassenget. Var litt spesielt har aldri opplevd lignende. Skliene var heller ikke åpne og måtte være over 140 cm for å kunne skli.

Считаю что данный отель переоценен. Отдыхали с маленьким ребенком, в маленьком номере нам было очень тесно. Плохое качество уборки. Приходит убирать в номер целая делегация и уборщики и менеджеры которые их проверяют. Но по факты заехали в номер, выхожу на балкон и ноги сразу стали все черные, словно там не мыли уже неделю. Позвал менеджера - ситуацию конечно тут же исправили, но для чего вообще ее создавать. Совершенно точно персонал трогает вещи, после уборки замечали что вещи лежат не на своих местах, в том числе женское нижнее белье. Впервые на своей практике путешествий встречаюсь с таким.
Постоянно персонал подчеркивает твою принадлежность к выбранному типу питания, тщательно следят за тобой и цветом браслета указывают где нужно ходить, где не нужно, хотя проходной путь лежит через ресторан в котором едят те кто на питании ВСЕ ВКЛЮЧЕНО.
Казалось бы огромный шведский стол на завтраке, но есть русскому человеку там особо нечего, другие культурные традиции. Яйца подают двух видов - омлет и глазунья, ни то ни другое есть невозможно, не думал ранее что можно так плохо готовить яйца. Питались панкейками практически.
В отеле есть мини аквапарк, но какой толк от него если работает только одна горка, остальные на ремонте.
