Хороший потенциал, но ужасное руководство.
Pros:

Отличное расположение, здание отеля сделано удобно, хороший спортзал.

Cons:

Руководство отеля лучше сменить, т.к они не заинтересованы в своей работе, персонал работает спустя рукава , но я,думаю это от отсутствия контроля.

Amazing Ocean View Suite and Outstanding Service
Pros:

We considered several hotels in Nha Trang including Vinpearl Empire, Havana, and Prince Hotel, but ultimately went with the Annova and are so glad we did!

We arrived around midnight after a long travel day, and Alex (Tai), who works the late night shift, was there to greet us and handle our check-in smoothly. He was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and also assisted us with extending our reservation and even arranged a late checkout, which made a big difference with our schedule.

Our ocean view suite on the 20th floor was amazing. Waking up to the water every morning was a highlight, and our son absolutely loved it. The hotel is also just a five minute walk to the beach, which was super convenient.
Breakfast was included with our stay, which was a great perk. They offer a solid spread of both Vietnamese and international dishes, and the menu rotates regularly so it never felt repetitive even during our extended stay.

Highly recommend the Annova if you’re visiting Nha Trang. If you happen to check in late, Alex is your guy. He goes above and beyond.

Das WLAN funktionierte in der Lobby und im Frühstücksrestaurant gut, im Zimmer fiel es mehrfach aus.
