Hotel is newer and very modern. Very beautiful and relaxing right across the beach. Loved that there are 2 pools, one indoor and one rooftop infinity pool!

Our room was perfect. Brand new, well maintained and constructed. Nice view of the bay. The pools were excellent. Facilities were solid and there was a mart on site. Housekeeping staff very nice. Front desk was average. Breakfast was average. Not much in the area so be prepared to take a Grab. Would stay again.

The breakfast buffet was delicious with variety of food to choose. My kids said it was the best buffet they ever had. They loved the Pho Bo and tasty western breakfast bread. The hotel had great view from the infinity pool. Would love to stay longer but will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful building and good staff. Restaurant is okay. They provide a “Western Menu” (blue book) to foreigners. We saw a green menu (Vietnamese) and asked for that- it was better. Infinity pool wasn’t heated, but building was very nice and clean.

Very nice and new hotel. Good pricing and value for money. On other note the bed was very hard and with no top mattress.

The property is pretty new . The horrible thing is service. I request the room service to get the spoon but the person who pick up the call said I need to go downstairs to get the spoon in hotel restaurant by myself.

40th Level Infinity Pool, Very new and Cozy
Pros:

Amazing hotel, with 40th floor infinity pool giving an awesome 270 degree view of Halong bay. The location is not in the central business area, but with grab ride hailing app, accessibility is not an issue at all.
