Wonderful hotel
Pros:

Nice location, right next to the beach. Stunning view over the Bay from both our rooms and balcony. Restaurant is good selection and the staff even help to make me a hot Latte for our breakfast. The most impressed me is the infinity pool. We stayed in hotel not resident zone so we can enjoy the pool unlimited time for both pool. It’s definitely one of the best place to stay in Halong. Should try the 40th floor Pub

Amazing hotel, great pool, service was amazing
Fab rooms that were huge
Very luxurious

Cons:

Lots of building work
Food throughout hotel expensive and nothing else around there for it was very expensive for food every night
