Schick aber mit Verbesserungspotential
Pros:

Super schönes und sehr sauberes Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war top. Der Ausblick (unser Zimmer war auf der 36 Etage) war traumhaft.

Cons:

Das Empfangs-Personal war nicht wirklich aufmerksam und auch besonders hilfsreich. Bei Fragen hat man kaum unterstützung bekommen. Beim Checkin hat man sich nicht wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Das sollte auf jeden Fall nachgebessert werden.

Nice comfortable new hotel but the area is in a construction zone.
Pros:

Newish fancy super high hotel. We had the 2 bedroom apartment which was very comfortable indeed and the view was amazing. Breakfast was ok for the small part we had. Theres a little mart right at the bottom and down the street there’s more.
We were recovering from food poisoning we got from Hanoi so all our excursions were cancelled cause we basically couldn’t leave the room. Super disappointing but that’s the chance you take in the nam.

Cons:

The elevators are SUPER slow and when you do actually get in or out , half of China tries to stampede in before you even move. A vacuum truck was parked out the front both the days we were there pumping an ungodly vile stench cloud everywhere . Not fun. No one there speaks English so after check in you are on your own help wise.
Note. Not a positive or negative but this hotel caters for basically 100% Chinese people and it is PACKED .There are no westerners.
Breakfast time was an absolute screaming match zoo so wait till at least 9:30 before going there if you value your ears and your sanity. Was glad to leave to be honest.

Hotel con vistas inolvidables
Pros:

¡Impresionante! Las vistas a la Bahía de Ha Long desde nuestra habitación en el piso 29 fueron algo de otro planeta. Y darse un baño en la piscina en el piso 40.. alucinante!
La zona de juegos para niños en le tercer piso nos impresionó. Enorme y bien cuidada.
La playa debajo del hotel fue increíble.
Muy buen desayuno.

Luxuriöses Hotel mit tollen Zimmern und Frühstück
Pros:

Gute Lage, sehr modern eingerichtet, große und saubere Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in Vietnam und auch zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel.
