Our Hanoi stay
Pros:

From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted by Tony and the reception team, assisting us with our cases and helping us to settle in. Kelly was always on hand to assist us and helped us to book our flights to Hoi An. Minh and Toan in catering team were excellent and extremely friendly. Magnus and Joyce were on duty to say goodbye as we set off for Ha Long Bay. Excellent stay and a great location which allowed us to walk to and from the city centre each day. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The lack of sunshine during our stay.

It's right at the junction, the weekend’a traffic noise is terrible even I stayed at ninth floor. If your sleep quality is not that good, definitely not recommended.

Great place to stay at great value to see all the sights of Hanoi
Pros:

The property is in great position to get everywhere, Tony, Joyce and Magnus were great and helpful at front of house and we have been able to leave a bag in their care to pick up at the end of our trip

Decent place in nice area
Pros:

Friendly and well-trained staff. Great view on Hanoi from higher floors. Located in a nice area that feels a bit more local and less crazy than Old Quarter.

Cons:

The bathroom could be cleaner - particularly the tap could use a bit more care (but I see this quite a lot in Vietnam). Also you can see that the hotel is a bit worn out - walls in the restaurant need refreshing, tap and shower head could be updated to modern standards.

Pros:

櫃檯不論早晚班都非常熱心，把我們都當作家人一樣，尤其小紀非常的貼心協助我們在當地的事務，住了這麼多地方這裡是我遇到最有人情味的飯店

Cons:

房間的有大有小，我們剛好分到一間大一間小，小的那間有點擠，其他都不錯，下次會想二訪的飯店
