Gần biển nhưng không có nhà vệ sinh ở dưới để lỡ khách dùng. Hư chắc lâu rồi không sửa.
Thái độ nhân viên tệ mình đến sớm bảo có phòng sớm k phụ phí nói không có OK. Nhưng 14h là giờ lấy phòng vẫn chưa dọn xong , thiếu trách nhiệm .Nhà tắm hôi , không có xà bông gì nên mỗi lần rửa tay phải tự lấy của mình may mà mang theo. Vòi xịt hỏng

Dirty linens, broken chairs, flooded bathrooms...smelly hallways...dirty floors and elevator...

Very disappointing experience. The staff was unprofessional and communication was poor. I felt misled several times during my stay and did not feel welcomed as a foreign guest. My personal belongings were touched without permission, which made me feel uncomfortable. The hotel itself is also in poor condition, with mold visible on the walls. Overall, I would not recommend this place and I believe management should improve both service and hotel maintenance.

1. Ở 3 ngày nhưng bị đổi phòng mà không báo trước
2. Khi nhận phòng thì nhân viên dọn phòng chưa dọn phòng, nhà chưa sạch sẽ
Забронировали два номера, приехали, а нам сказали, что все номера заняты! При этом сняли ещё и 10$!!
Мадам на ресепшн-курица импортная! Решила нам помочь и предложила отель рядом, просто помойка!

Приехав в отель, при регистрации посмотрели номер брони и сказали что отель заполнен и номеров нет. Хорошо смог самостоятельно найти другой отель рядом.

Phòng bẩn, khi checkin vào phòng thì thấy cái khăn ướt trên nắp bồn cầu ?? Trần nhà nhìn giống như có mấy con gì đó bám vào :((
