Good location very close to the beach if you lie the beach. The room was clean, they bring 2 bottle of water every day cleaning thr room and change the bedsheet.
Very good price.
The building was super noisy. Lucky for me i sleep very good even if they demolish another building beside of the hotel but if you are sensible to noise this hotel is maybe not for you.

Первая линия от пляжа через дорогу, почти центр Нячанга. Большая комната с видом на море. Холодильник, фен, хороший кондиционер в номере. Чайник, каждый день 2 бутылочки воды. Лифт. Стол. Вешалка. Нормальный WiFI.
Вода из душа - кипяток через минуту слива. Не особо грязно. Цена - ниже 200к за номер в сутки.
Рядом - многочисленные магазины, кафе, турагентства.
Плесень кое-где на стенах. Следы подтеков. Горячая вода только в душе. Холодильник был грязный, пришлось помыть перед использованием. Окна на оживленную улицу = шумно.
В январе на центральном пляже Нячанга - волны, я толком не влез в воду.
Отель на первой линии за дорогой. Окна на море и на дорогу - немного шумно.
Большой номер. Вода из душа через минуту слива = кипяток. Меняют полотенца, дают воду, есть холодильник и чайник, хорошо работает кондиционер. Удобные постели, чистое белье.
Рядом пляж, разные кафе и магазины, турагенты при входе.
Работает лифт
Остатки плесени на стене. Вода горячая только в душе после слива порядка 1 минуты. Шумновато.
Холодильник пришлось мыть перед использованием.
В январе почти все время большие волны в море на пляже.
Отель реально на первой линии, в январе 2026 продается очень дешево, так как море немного бушует и многие номера не в идеальном (мягко говоря) состоянии. Номер с прямым видом на море - дешевле 10usd.
Есть электрический чайник, меняют полотенца, дают воду каждый день.
Из горячего крана через минуту льется кипяток.
Удобные постели, чистое белье.
Рядом - кафе, магазины, тур-агент с экскурсиями прямо в отеле сидит
Плесень. При уборке метут по верху - под кроватями грязь, холодильники грязные (но они есть и работают)
Очень хорошее расположение.
Очень грязный номер. Плесень на потолке в ванной. Требуется уборка и косметический ремонт.
Good position and price
Waited from 4pm to 8 pm in the reception. No one was there. No phone reply. When the lady came she said that the hotel was fully booked (no english speak) but at least they gave me a room in the nearby structure
Bella camera a buon prezzo in hotel semplice. Ottima vista.
