Luxury but totally deserted
Pros:

Good price for a luxury hotel.

Cons:

During low season this neighbourhood is totally deserted. No restaurants. Only empty hotels and empty buildings. In high season this neighbourhood is occupied by only Vietnamese guests. For any entertainment you have to walk 2.5 km. Thanks too investors and Covid, this is became a spoke city

Exceptional
Pros:

Hotel and Staff was great. I randomly met and ate with the owner Tung. Tung is out of this world.. very hospitable. Support his hotel. Highly recommend.
