Pros:

Все прекрасно. Жили неделю, все понравилось. Очень чисто, аккуратная мебель, техника, приятно находиться. Персонал просто душки, пожилая пара. До моря минут тридцать пешком по чистеньким и ухоженным улицам. Ценник супер, всем рекомендую.

Cons:

Низкая скорость интернета, нет балкона. Но это все компенсируется плюсами номера.

Pros:

Очень приятное место. Хозяева крайне дружелюбные. Номера ухоженные и достаточно просторные. Уборку проводили с согласия, не было такого, что могли прийти и сказать, что будут сейчас убираться. Для длительного нахождения очень хорошее место

Cons:

Не подойдет для тех, кому важен прямой доступ к морю - до моря идти пешком минут 15

Pros:

The hotel staff was by far the most friendliest and kindest people. The hotel was awesome amazing view and cold AC and a good tv. By far the best hotel we’ve stayed at we loved the staff so much we stayed longer!!!

DISAPPOINTMENT
Pros:

It was looking nice as those good photos and that's it. The bed was comfortable. There's a washing washine machine inside the room.

Cons:

Despite of the big room size, it was uncomfortable ever!The kitchen is organized totally unconvient to cook. The saucepan is tiny, the frying pan without any lead, no knife at all, the fridge unfroze a couple of times during 5 weeks I stayed in. The small ants are living inside the wall and inside the cooker and coming every day! The toilet is leaking all the time, the shower is or super hot, or quite chilly. The mirror light was blinking all the time and even unplugging couldn't turn it off. The AC is leaking as well. You can't use balcony to relax because there were some ropes for drying clothes. The school is just in front of the hotel which means from 6:45am to 4-5pm on weekdays it's noisy as hell. The staff, especially the reception grandpa, is not helping at all, they just smile and say some Vietnamese, using translator couldn't help. The just wanted to sell me something and ask for a rental contract for several months. Zero times cleaning for 5 weeks. There was one more annoying thing, every day they close the entrance around 10pm and if you didn't come back by that time, it's your problem! Once he left 50 cm gap to come! I was so tired by the end of the day, but I had to crawl inside it with my quite heavy backpack... A couple of times I decided to stay at my friends' place, because I was not sure that I can come back to the hotel (which is quite far from the Centre and the North) and not to see the closed gate. I was waiting almost a month for my cancelling next months of staying there was approved.

Very good
Pros:

There is no breakfast provided but the hotel is close from a few restaurant and the halal restaurant is just a few minute walk down the road. The uncle and aunty at the receptionist had a difficult time speaking basic English and he had to use google translate, so we had a little problem during check-in. I contact the person from Booking.com and he call the uncle to explain. At that time the room that I book apparently had someone so uncle put me in different room, after cleaning around 4 o'clock, he tell us the room was ready. Even though it was confusing, but I applaud the uncle effort to explain to us.

Cons:

There is this light outside of my room window that kind of blink, don't really know what is the function. around 12 a.m., the neighbor upstairs was talking really loud or fighting, I'm not sure, and they switch on the light the blink light for about 1 hour and that disturb my sleep.

Pros:

Staff were friendly & so helpful when we needed something. Room was clean, Ac worked well and having washer in the room was great! Location was close to many things. No complaints especially for the value :)

Cons:

Washer does have a little funny smell when not in use. Otherwise it works good.

Disappointing
Pros:

1. Nearby halal food- karim restaurant 2 minutes walk.
2. Friendly and pleasant owner's father taking care of the place.
3. Android tv available so have access to youtube, netflix and more

Cons:

1. Not suitable for old folk coz need to climb stairs to lobby.
2. Phone calls were not picked up as I wanted to confirm my reservation.
3. No kettle and hot water available
4. Weird room design, upper floor can see thru a window of ur toilet/ shower.
5. 2 pax room has sliding door which can be quite dangerous ie may trip on its railing or knock against the glasses
