Loved our stay here! Peaceful location with beautiful views !
Pros:

We loved where it was located overlooking the rice fields and the mountains and a little away from the center of town but not too far away. Wonderful owners and clean accommodations.

Great value and location
Pros:

Fabulous location near the lake with excellent restaurants close by. Lovely setting and the family running the property were so nice. Breakfast was good and the pool area was beautiful

Diese Unterkunft ist eine große Empfehlung! Unser Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr schön und alle Dienste, die die Unterkunft zusätzlich anbietet wie das Ausleihen von Fahrrädern oder Wäscheservice, sind einwandfrei. Auch das Frühstück ist extrem lecker. Dankeschön ☀️

My worst stay so far
Pros:

Staff is friendly and they seem to be very flexible, and are okey with the honor system.
This place need improvements.

Unfortunately my stay didn't reflect all the good reviews I saw for this place on Google maps and in here, what seems to be a nice hostel is 3 or 4 bedrooms that ate full the brim of beds that aren't very safe, they wobble like if they are made of bamboo, and tend to shake a lot if the person sleeping on it decides to move a lot.
Soundproofing is horrible and the lack of staff or written rules is just overwhelming. I get with are in vietnam, but staff of this hostel its supposed to a list understand a bit of English( all clients are foreigners) and to top that up the is an unexistant front desk to wich most clients including myself didn't feel at all the welcoming yo the hostel grounds and neither the was a set of rules to use as guidelines towards what to do and what not to do.
On my second nights a group of people that were staying at the hostel decided to turn on music on a speaker 🔊 at 1 or 2 am and started signing and doing as they pleased, I was sleeping and woke up to the noise, to what I waited a bit to see if the staff would do something (the music was so loud I couldn't hear my thoughts) while I waited to no avail, I shouted for them to lower the volume at least, and was completely ignored. This was my absolute worst experience at a hostel in my dean town of tam coc. Such a shame that places like this keep lowering standards for the rest of the hostels around.
I do not recommend this place.
If the staff actually does something to improve their business it would definitely make things better for everyone staying.
Also while I was away, someone came on the room and decided to take half of my water and my blanket 🙃 which made me feel a bit insecure about leaving my stuff there. If you can choose something different do it, and use this place as a last resort.

Täydellinen kotimajoitus luonnon keskellä lähellä palveluja
Pros:

Erittäin siisti ja viihtyisä kotimajoitus. Iso ja kauniisti sisustettu huone, lähes kaikki mukavuudet (televisio puuttuu, mutta et tarvitse sitä), ihana uima-allas ja aamiaispaikka aivan vieressä. Loistava aamiainen. Parasta oli ystävällinen ja auttavainen emäntä. Tunsimme olomme heti kotoisaksi. Saimme häneltä kaiken tarvittavan avun.

Can recommend.
Pros:

Very kind and nice family! really enjoyed our stay. Good breakfast included and they even told us we can have a late check out, because the next guests would arrive later.

Cons:

Only minuses I can think of, was that the bathroom had a smell (which is common in vietnam) and we found one tiny cockroach in our room , even tho the room was clean.

Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!
Pros:

Die Gastgeber geben alles, um einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Sogar ein Check-In mitten in der Nacht nach unserem sleeper Bus war kein Problem. Sie ist extrem sauber, das Frühstück ist lecker und die Matratze war die weichste seit langem!

Gemütliche Unterkunft in sehr zentraler Lage
Pros:

Sehr nette und gemütliche Unterkunft und wirklich super zentral gelegen. Trotz der zentralen Lage kein Verkehrslärm, da das Hotel in einer Seitenstraße liegt.
Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Haben Ausflugstipps und Umgebungskarte parat, organisieren Scooter für den Aufenthalt.
Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber und die Betten äußerst bequem.
Das Frühstück wurde morgens immer frisch zubereitet.

Cons:

Auf dem Nachbargrundstück ist ein Hahn der ab mitten in der Nacht anfängt zu krähen. DIe Eigentümer haben einen Zettel mit Hinweis auf den Hahn und Ohropax neben das Bett gelegt. Wernn man einen guten Schlaf hat ist das vermutlich kein Problem :-)
