Fantastic Hotel!
Amazing hiotel, clean, great service by staff. Dining and breakfast buffet variety was endless. Ticked all the boxes would highly recommend to anyone wishing to visit Hoian
Nous avons résidé dans cet hôtel 3 nuits. Il ne vaut pas un 5 étoiles pour les raisons suivante :
- les personnes au service parlent pas anglais, un peu une honte pour ce standing
- on entend la rue dans la chambre et ne parlons pas des gens qui parlent dans le call qui résonnent
- les prix pratiqués au restaurant c’est du n’importe quoi. Même dans un vrai 5 étoiles à Ho Chi Minh ou Hanoi, nous avions mieux mangé pour mon cher. 2 cocktails, 2 entrées et 2 plats = 2 300 000 dongs, un peu abusé et au restaurant de la plage, le soir, il y avait un problème avec chaque table. Service à revoir et notamment les serveurs

Very nice hotel with a beautiful beach. Prices of restaurant drinks & food are pretty high on European levels. But very nice rooms and friendly staff. It’s a shame that some guests treat the areas badly, such as clogging toilets in the pool area or not showering before swimming in the pool so that sun cream leaves a film in the pool.
Perfect for families, wonderful food quality. Daily foam parties for the kids.
Our experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. The staff at the reception were not helpful at all. They didn’t understand English, which we completely understand, but they also showed no willingness to assist us even with tools like Google Translate. When we asked for directions to a nearby location, they gave us incorrect information and didn’t make any effort to clarify or help further. Unfortunately, their attitude came across as quite rude and indifferent.
The food was average at best, with very limited options for vegetarians. Overall, the service and hospitality did not meet our expectations.

Fine rom, litt klønete med bygg 1 og 2 og gjennomgang gjennom spisesal.
Fantastisk resort med er perfekt beliggenhed lige ned til stranden og tæt skønne Hoi An Old Town.
Vi havde et dejligt og stort værelse ca. 50 kvm med en flot udsigt til det ene poolområde og ud over havet.
Enormt venligt personale.
Nice rooms and a reasonable standard service for the price, however, in the hotel towers, the noise from the street was a problem, in addition to the unnecessary piano music playing in the hotel hallways, which could be clearly heard in my room from 7am until 10:30pm. The villas are very nice, however. In the busy pool areas, there were not enough sunbeds for all the guests, since some people would reserve a sun lounger with a towel and then disappear for hours. A better system should be implemented.
Nice and clean property and friendly staff. I would give the resort 5 stars if the stairwell was enclosed and secures. It will be easy to do security checks on the kids who were staying at the separated rooms.

This property is geared towards small children. It’s like a Disney property. I was disappointed in the villa. All the bedrooms were separate rooms with outdoor entrances separate from the living room. It was just a weird set up. The spa was a huge disappointment. It was next to the kids pool and loud…. Not relaxing at all. The beach is the best thing about the resort.
Was not very happy during check-in which hotel staff said no our booking, indeed I already showed the confirmation email from Hotels.com and staff still need to check & verify which took 45mins. Finally we got permission to have our room in main lobby, however, the staff were not communicated, counter staff again asked us to show passport & booking confirmation, very annoying. We told the staff we were asked to wait 45mins in another front desk to check our booking, don’t waste our time. Finally the bell boy told the front desk staff to give us room keys, then we can go to our room. Very unprofessional service, not acceptable a 5 star hotel provided this kind of service.
The property is beautiful. We stayed in the new wing which is basic but clean. The staff are courteous and Alik and Vang were very helpful. I would recommend the coffee making class and the spa treatments. The beach is amazing.
The thing to improve would be cleanliness in the restaurants.
Did not look like the pictures at all. Lobby old and dated this was not “luxury”
We watched as kids took over pull and shoved bloody tissues into side of pool.
After all the raving reviews we had read, we were very much looking forward to our stay and have been very disappointed.
First of all we booked in February for a stay in April and asked for rooms next to one another which couldn’t be accomodated according to the staff at reception when checking in.
Secondly there was a fire downstairs from our building during our first night. No fire alarm. We were “lucky” my husband heard the noise and woke us up to go downstairs from the 8th floor where we were staying.
Stairs were uneven and quite frankly last steps were almost all too high which meant we almost fell each time. In the event of a hotel evacuation, there would most definitely be some injuries due to the stairs.
There was around a dozen people only there including the general manager but most guests were still in their rooms oblivious of the fact their lives were potentially at risk.
Fire department didn’t arrive until about 50 minutes from them being notified.
So overall health and safety - absolutely horrid, can’t really be worse.
Once all settled we refused to go back to the 8th floor and they kindly accomodated us with one of the villas for the rest of our stay.
Then there was the staff: we took the all inclusive option when we arrived which we had to justify throughout our stay and argue almost every time we ordered. Overall poor experience
Facilities are otherwise as described but didn’t make up for the rest and our experience overall was nothing short of terrible.
Der direkte Strandzugang ist der Hammer. Mit Schirmen und Bedienung. Der Strand ist quasi privat, es kommt nie jemand anderes vorbei und er ist tagsüber unter Aufsicht. Das Restaurant war auch toll. Für knapp unter 1 Mio VND gibts Buffet für zwei Personen, mittags und abends. Das Buffet ist sehr reichhaltig. Das Gym ist auch gut, man kann gut trainieren. Ein Kabelturm, Beinbeuger/Beinstrecker, ein Latzug und eine Bankdrückmaschine. Man ist nach kurzer Fahrt in Hoi An, ca. 100.000 VND mit dem Grab. Wir mochten das Hotel sehr. Zimmer war auch immer sauber und top.
We loved our villas. It felt like royalty. All of the breakfast buffets were superb. We will definitely stay here again and will tell friends about it.
