It had a 4 star on their website. It’s a misleading. I say maybe a 2 star hotel. The property is old and terrible customer service. Breakfast is also bad
Close to the My khe beach
As a hotel - it is what it is , cheap and basic.
I wouldn’t stay longer than a night but it was totally fine for what we were after.

Spacious apartment. Amazing view. Breakfast included was fantastic on the 14th level. Very walkable to eateries and Da Nang beach. Enjoyed our stay.

Opholdet var skuffende i den forstand, morgenmaden var mildt sagt elendig, rengøringen vækkede en kl 09 med rengøringen, det er alt for tidligt i min mening. Værelserne var slidte og gamle, heraf var der en rulle toiletpapir til et 3 personers rum, så man skulle gentagene gange hente flere ruller udover det ingen tlf til recepetionen.
Clean, walkable distance to the beach
Khách sạn nằm trên trục dường chính, cách Cầu Rồng khoảng 1km, cách biển Mỹ Khê khoảng 300m, xung quag có nhiều nhà hàng, quán cafe nên rất thuận thiện. Giá phòng Đà Nẵng mùa này thì rất rẻ nên ko phải nói nhiều về chất lượng.
Nói chung với múc giá chi trả thì dịch vụ rất tuyệt vời.

We booked the family room that was 75 m2 so it might be an outlier, but it was in poor condition. Barely passable to live in and definitely not worth the price. Regeetted booking 6 days online..
Negative:
Humid and smelly when entering and throughout.
Old and worn down surfaces. Wallpaper taped, floors wobbly.
Mold in bedroom ceiling.
Smelled of cigarettes.
The ventilation was almost absent completely.
Missing curtains in one of the bedrooms,
Missing remote for one of the AC units.
Missing shower curtains so water will splash all over the place.

View from our room at the 13th floor was great.
All in all, I would not recommend this. There are far better options nearby and at better pricing as well.
I would recommend to the hotel that they renovate this room completely before renting it out again as bad press is worse than most things in this business.
The room where we stayed was clean, comfortable beds, and we enjoyed our stay. Staffs are friendly . I will highly recommend this place.
