I liked the service; they were very attentive to me, and the buffet was great. The massage was great!
The hotel's location is far from the center.
Good interior design, artistic vibe. Big, stone bathtub. Variety of dishes in the breakfast buffet; nice outdoor view, overlooking a green field with 2 bulls. Swimming pool and gym close late (9 & 10pm). Shuttle buses between hotel and old town quite frequent. Excellent hotel location, between beach and old town.
Staff service could be very much improved. First of all, one of the pool staff on 5th floor swimming pool turned off the lights in the pool without warning 10 mins before closing time. It was unpleasant to find yourself in absolute darkness suddenly. 2 nights the same thing happened until another night when the staff changed. Secondly, the staff in the restaurant at night: we arrived there 9:05, the restaurant closes at 10. We just wanted to have a quick bite. The female staff looked really unfriendly and made us feel very unwelcome, so we decided not to have dinner there. Thirdly, the staff are trained to be polite and ask 3 identical questions to every guest every day during breakfast; this feels forced and unnatural. (One day 3 of the staff asked us 3 rounds of the same 3 questions). The staff will always politely ask you if there is a problem, but if you say later on the problem is not fixed they don’t seem to accept that answer. Our stay was overall pleasant and the staff are on the surface polite and friendly, but it all somehow does not feel authentic. Another hotel we tried in Hoi An (3-stars only) was not as good (facilities) but the staff was genuinely polite and helpful.
Excellent breakfast buffet, spacious and nicely decorated rooms, really helpful and pleasant staff. Overall the entire family thoroghly enjoyed the stay at Little Oasis - highly recommended!
Lovely Hotel , thoroughly recommend this Hotel, Manager of Hotel and restaurant are very professional, they are present and Breakfast asking you how you slept ! They set an example for the rest of the staff who are amazing ! Everything was perfect , rooms are so comfortable ! Absolutely nothing to complain about ! Book it !!!!!
This property is STUNNING! The staff are super nice. The property's GM is super hospitable and Ezra from breakfast is very friendly. We would go back to this property in a heartbeat.
No balcony but didn't bother us too much.
Little Oasis really lives up to its name, tucked away on the edge of town. We booked after doing a fair bit of research on the best places to stay and it absolutely delivered. Our main criteria was being close enough to the Old Town to enjoy everything it has to offer, but far enough away to properly relax, this place nailed it.
From the moment we arrived we were made to feel genuinely welcome and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and really comfortable.
The location is ideal, an easy Grab ride into the Old Town, or you can take the courtesy shuttle.
Lots of little cafes a short walk away. Check out La Quinn bakery & Coffee 3 min walk and Silent Cafe 5 mins walk.
We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it. A special shoutout to Rose and the whole team at Little Oasis for making it such a memorable experience, we’ll definitely be back
Honestly, there wasn’t anything to complain about.
O quarto era maravilhoso, grande, lindo, confortavél, e com uma vista linda para o rio. O pequeno almoço foi dos melhores que tivemos na viagem, e a varanda onde tomávamos o pequeno almoço era perfeita.
Não é nem proximo do centro nem proximo da praia, fica entre os dois. No entanto o hotel dispõe de bicicletas e transfer, ambos gratuitos, pelo que é facil chegar às zonas de interesse.
The location was superb! Just far enough out of the old town to feel peaceful, but close enough to get there easily. Easy access to the rice paddies and the beach by bike. We arrived early and the hotel was able to accommodate an early check in.
We arrived our first day before breakfast was over and a la carte ordering wasn’t available until 11am. As first-timers to the area, this was a bit inconvenient. We were also recommended a sister resort at the beach to get loungers and eat lunch but when we arrived, they were not operational.

Beautiful tranquil location/ close to action of Zhou An (5 min ride away) but also such a nice escape… paddy fields and water buffalo all around.
Hotel was beautifully designed, visually stunning atrium and pool areas with great sized room and bathroom (with large tub)
Breakfast included was great variety if you aren’t vegan. Staff very helpful whatever your needs.
Gym and pools were great - with sauna available in spa.
Not as personal as other hotels but allowed for uniform service. (Great at organising balloons and cake for room for birthday surprise but £65 extra was a lot for different cake than asked for and some non helium balloons stuck to ceiling… grateful as it looked good but a little pricey)
Would like food clearly labelled and more vegan options as it was only fruit, plain rice or bread at breakfast. Easy enough to do. Overall though the service and space was exceptional.

I loved the whole ambience of this hotel. Staff were lovely and went out of their way to make sure guests had everything they needed. I liked the location just a short distance from the busier old town- was nice to retreat from that. The hotel runs a shuttle to the old town, provides bikes to use, or Grab (SE Asian Restaurant never) was cheap and efficient. Easy cycle to the paddy fields/ local rural village for coffee and to the beach. And the views at breakfast of the garden and water buffalo made it for me!
The location was excellent. The views were amazing. We loved the two pools. The shuttle bus to the beach was really convenient. I also had the best facial ever by Amy. Pure indulgence.
My son was ill and the hotel ordered a doctor who came in 10minutes. Just felt looked after. Thankyou to al the staff.

- Lautstärke aus dem Flur war sehr hoch
- Lautstärke beim Frühstück ebenfalls sehr hoch ( außer man konnte draußen sitzen)
