Traumhaftes Hotel „mitten“ im Grünen
Pros:

Sehr schön am Fluss gelegenes relativ neues Hotel mit Blick auf den hoteleigenen Garten und unberührte Wiesen (wenn entsprechend gebucht). Ruhige Lage da weit genug von der Innenstadt entfernt gelegen, Innenstadt und Strand sind aber über kostenlosen Shuttle regelmäßig erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht und die hoteleigenen Massagen sind empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Frühstück in der Auswahl zwar sehr umfangreich aber geschmacklich nur mäßig gut.

Gorgeous hotel-would stay again.
Pros:

Pros:

Ruime, lichte kamers. Het hotel is hip ingericht en het personeel is ontzettend lief. Schoon en lekkere bedden. 2 zwembaden waar je heerlijk kan liggen.

Cons:

Het is niet midden in het centrum, maar het hotel biedt een fijne shuttle service aan naar de stad en het strand

Cons:

The hotel name and a 9.6 rating on Booking suggest it’s a wonderful place and promise a fantastic stay. The truth is, I haven’t been this disappointed in a long time.

We stayed at the hotel with two children. The room description stated 45 m², but in reality it was about 30 m². Royal Palace is an old building that either needs a complete renovation or should be demolished. The rooms are stuffy, the windows face walls, and the breakfast is a complete disappointment.

4th time at this hotel and would choose it again without a doubt . It lives up to expectations and great value for money
Pros:

Great amenities , 2 pools , clean comfortable room , spa, great location with shuttle bus to main town and beach . Exceptional staff - always happy to help. We’ve been several times to this hotel .. it was lovely when Eric said welcome back when we arrived 😀

Magnifique hôtel, au calme. Personnel au top et petit déjeuner très varié. La vue sur la verdure depuis la salle de restauration. Le Spa était aussi excellent!

I wish we could have stayed longer! Best hotel in Hoi An
Pros:

Great hospitality, we are grateful for the kindness of the staff. They were accomodating promptly all our requests (taxi booking, spa bookings even coffee orders!). Also, we had the best breakfast served in a hotel ever. So many choices and amazing service and ambiance. The view from our room and from the restaurant towards the garden and the water bulls was exceptional. I have no words to describe how much we've enjoyed stayed in this hotel. The beach was closeby and all our transportation to the beach and to the town was so well organised by the hotel and included in the services for free.
It was an exemplary stay, I wish we come back again!!

Pros:

Lækkert hotel, dejligt værelse, gode pools, gratis cykler og virkelig sødt personale (særligt Elena og Luna).
Restauranten var også god (når man lige undlod at bestille pizza).

Cons:

Cykler var ikke tilgængelig en enkelt gang hvor vi gerne ville låne (og de var lidt små til en stor mand) - men det var ikke et reelt problem.
Hotellet har en aftale med en strandbar - den var proppet - lad det ikke stoppe jer, gå blot til en af de næste, de tager næsten ingen penge for solsenge.
