Eine Oase der Ruhe
Pros:

Wirklich alles! Das Hotel ist eine Oase der Ruhe und war regelrecht wohltuend für uns nach den stressigen Tagen zuvor. Das Personal liest einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab. Schöne, saubere Zimmer mit großem Bad. Tolle Aussicht. 2 Pools, an denen man immer eine Liege findet. Shuttle-Service in die Stadt und zum Strand, aber auch Räder zur Verfügung, die gut in Schuss sind. Rundum alles super!

Uns fällt nichts ein.

Beautifully designed and executed hotel only 5 minutes from busy Hoi Ancient City - a peaceful escape
Pros:

Second time staying- location and s great especially if you have bike, gym and pool fab, tub and balcony and room design lovely.

Cons:

For some reason bed slipped forward like mattress wasn’t fixed- not sure why as wasn’t the case first stay. All else great!

Pros:

Really beautiful hotel with 2 rooftop pools and a decent gym. The breakfast had both Vietnamese and western options which changed daily. The staff were very helpful throughout my stay. They also upgraded my room which was a lovely surprise

Cons:

It's 30 minutes out of the old town, which I didn't mind, and the shuttles go every few hours

Cosy and friendly.
Pros:

It was a cosy, friendly hotel. The staff were brilliant. The bar and restaurant was always very quiet which was a bit of a shame as there wasn't much holiday atmosphere but I guess it is just because people were out and about experiencing the area. Good value for money. Spa was great. The shuttle bus service was brilliant and needed as about 10ish minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi an old town.

Cons:

I was there a week so the breakfast got a bit boring. My room on floor 2 was pretty noisy and loud air con unit. Other than that I honestly enjoyed the place. You feel well looked after and safe.

Average but very suspect shampoo
Pros:

Nice enough reception area and room design. Breakfast area next to a paddy field was nice though

Cons:

Shampoo smelled really bad like rotten eggs, that was unpleasant and quite uncomfortable

Great hotel, great staff, great breakfast!
Pros:

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good value for money.

Great location, away from the noise of the Old Town. Surrounded by a local market, many cafes and restaurants. Hotel provides a free shuttle to the Old Town and the beach (timetable provided on check in and is on display in the reception area). Also, free bikes are available.

Friendly and helpful staff especially Lisa and Luna. Their customer service was amazing!

A big shout out to the egg chef Mung, who made our eggs at breakfast. Mung made great eggs with a smile and and accommodated our dietary requirements. This was greatly appreciated.

Breakfast was plentiful and many fresh options available.

We highly recommend staying here. Don’t hesitate, just book!

Brilliant would highly recommend
Pros:

The location is superb being within 10 minutes by “Grab” taxi from the old town. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble.
We especially liked the fact that it is quiet and peaceful despite being so central.

Cons:

The breakfasts were very good. However whereas tea bags (English breakfast) were available in our room, none were available at breakfast. However it’s a minor point.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and lovely. Beautiful building and loved looking out onto the rice paddy and water buffalo during breakfast. Shuttle was handy - even though it’s only a 15-20 min walk into the Old Quarter, it’s a busy road and uncomfortable in the heat, especially with a baby.

Cons:

Not a huge deal but the rooms aren’t soundproof as advertised, can hear people moving furniture on the floor above and echoes in the corridor. Not enough to disturb sleep but noticeable.
