Heerlijk!
Pros:

Super vriendelijk personeel, heel mooie, propere, ruime kamers, lekker ontbijtbuffet. Gratis fietsen, je kan er scooters huren, zorgen voor taxi… je kan er echt voor alles terecht! Iedere morgen komen ze ook aan je tafel vragen hoe het met je gaat en of ze ergens mee kunnen helpen. Het is echt een aanrader!

Excellent séjour à Little Oasis
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, toujours de bon conseil et qui nous a organisé deux sorties (ile de Cham et My Son), l'esthétique du lieu, la chambre avec un balcon donnant sur le jardin, la qualité des petits déjeuners et du redtaurant, la terrasse zen pour prendre le thé, la salle de sport... Tout était bien. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff and facilities
Pros:

This hotel is beautifully appointed and decorated and has great facilities. The rooms are fresh, very clean and well designed. We stayed in a signature family room which gave the four of us lots of space. The shower and bathrooms were lovely. The larhe double bed was very comfortable and the air con worked well.

The breakfasts were excellent with a wide variety of foods to suit all tastes. There were several stations preparing fresh eggs, pancakes, waffles and traditional Vietnamese food. The lunch and dinner menus were also great and very reasonably priced. The drink selection was very wide and the many types of cocktail were all extremely well mixed.

The hotel grounds and communal areas are fantastic. There is a beautiful view from the main restuarant with a lovely pond and garden area around other aspects. At night with its lanterns lit the hotel looks very charming. It is a short shuttle bus ride to the old town or An Bang beach and overall the location is great. Complimentary cycles were a real treat for some biking around the nearby rice fields and villages. Whilst the two pools are not huge we never had an issue with poolside space and enjoyed relaxing between tours, meals and trips into the old town by the pool on the 5th floor primarily.

Despite all of these positives the stand out feature is the staff. They are all so friendly, approachable and professional. The whole team were attentive ad helpful. We originally booked for 4 nights as we were still making plans for the whole trip around Vietnam. We very quickly decided to stay an extra 3 nights. A fantastic experience.

ליסה המקסימה ליוותה אותנו במהלך כל החופשה ודאגה שיהיה לנו נח ונעים, קיבלה אותנו בחיוך ונתנה המלצות מצוינות.

Cons:

מרוחק מעט מהמרכז ותדירות השאטל למרכז ובחזרה לא מספיק גבוהה. בתקופה בה התארחנו היה לא פשוט להשיג מוניות ונאלצנו לפעמים לחכות הרבה זמן.

Pros:

I return to this hotel often because of the lovely environment, the warm and welcoming staff, the clean, comfortable rooms, and the great facilities. All the staff are wonderful but special thanks to Ezra and Rose, for always making time for the guests, as well as the hotel porters, who always go above and beyond to help everyone. The housekeeping staff also do an amazing job! Thank you for another fantastic stay.

Lovely resort on the outskirts of the old town
Pros:

Lovely boutique hotel in a few KMs from the old town. The views across the paddyfield and to the river from the restaurant were lovely. The room was very comfortable. The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help at every opportunity.

Cons:

There was very little we didn't like.

The rooftop pool was lovely but a slightly bigger pool for the size of the property would have been good.

The location out of the old town was good as it wasn't as busy, and the shuttle bus was helpful - it would have been good if it could have been more frequent (maybe every hour rather than every 2). We used Grabs but they weren't always easy to get so we were left waiting an hour or more for the shuttle.

Lovely hotel and room.
Pros:

The room was a good size and the bathrooms were great. The connecting rooms worked really well and we were fortunate enough to have one overlooking the paddy fields and on the end. however, being on the second floor only was noisy. We had a permanent squeak which was annoying and led us to not sleep very well. We couldn't identify where it was coming from or what it was. We mentioned this to the management team and we were offered to move rooms on the second day but the room was overlooking the road at the front and was a lot noisier and darker with less of a view. So in fairness we chose to stay put.

The breakfast was good with a variety of options each day. The location was lovely, being out of the old town and having the market, shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The pool is small, and little atmosphere at the bar area there.

Cons:

The shuttle service to bring you into town and to the beach is a great idea but is a total bun fight. No order or system at all. other than first come first served. So on several occasions we were down at the stop early and second in line, but this seemed irrelevant to some guests who just strolled up at the bus time and ignored the fact that us and others were already there and waiting. on one occasion the bus did a second trip to the old town as there were too many guests, on a second occasion we were offered an electric shuttle to the beach instead of going on the bus, but we had seats on the bus. Of course you can never estimate the behaviour or other guests during your stay and at other times this system may work, but it was stressful and lacked organisation. We stayed at another hotel during our trip to vietnam that was also out of the town, they offered a shuttle service and this had to be booked with guest services via phone or WhatsApp at least 30 minutes before departure. A system such as this would work, or if you were to come to reception and 'check in' for the shuttle beforehand then they would at least know who was first and who was going on the bus, rather than the chaos, stress and pushing and shoving.
