Great resort, very nice place

The location was awesome

The food at the restaurant was ordinary considering we were reliant on the food there during the stay

Cons:

The only issue I encountered was the cost charged for damages. The shampoo container, which appears to be made of porcelain, was accidentally dropped and broken in the bathroom. I reported it immediately and was charged 690,000 VND. However, I believe this amount is excessive and that a more reasonable charge would be around 200,000 VND.

Luxurious Villa
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful villa - incredibly well thought out, luxurious, spacious, comfortable.

Cons:

Location is a little remote, you really cannot walk anywhere so make sure you download both the GRAB and XANH apps (Uber equivalent)

Grab doesn't work everywhere, and XANH generally does, it is often cheaper too.

The taxis are cheap, quick and easy, we were in and out of them all the time

Cons:

the breakfast has very poor options and quality. guests from both hotel and villas are served at the same small restuarant it makes very crowded during peak morning hours.
