La ubicación es buena, cerca del centro.

Cons:

Al llegar intentaron quedarse con los pasaportes en recepción. Al reclamarlos nos dijeron que teníamos que dejar un depósito de 500.00 VND a cambio de los pasaportes. En ningún sitio nos han pedido eso y no tiene sentido. Ha sido un inconveniente porque no preveíamos ese gasto en ese momento. El hotel es justo para pasar. La habitación no es grande, ni moderna. Pedimos dejar las maletas unas horas el último día y nos las dejaron en una zona abierta en la zona de entrada. No paso nada pero no costaba nada en un sitio más discreto. Elegiría otro sitio para estar

Comfy place to return to after exploring HCMC
Pros:

The location was great, close to things, but not too close. The air con worked well and the hotel overall was reasonably quiet. The shower was good and the bed comfortable.

Cons:

Our room didn't have a window, which was a bit odd but we got used to it in the end.

Cleaning lady does a very 👍 good job, good location and nice restaurants, market and Church nearby

Spotless clean

Cons:

The room we stay had old mattress, soft and uneven ☹️ this mattress must be replaced (note: I am a petite and slim Asian person)

Overalls was a pleasant stay even though hotel
Pros:

Location of hotel is good with many eateries and shops nearby.

Cons:

Entrance to the hotel is not convenient for seniors and disabled people as one needs to take a flight of stairs to the lobby before taking the lifts to our rooms. Shower water seeped outside onto the dry part as the rubber at the door was old in one of our shower room. If would be better if all rooms are maintained well.
