Pros:

Tengo que decir que el hotel es muy bonito, está bien ubicado, el personal es muy colaborador especialmente en mi caso que tuve que solicitar cambio de habitación.
Lo mejor es sin duda, la posibilidad de tomar el desayuno para llevar, especialmente por los tours que empiezan súper temprano.

Pros:

Świetny hotel na zwiedzanie Hanoi, idealna lokalizacja, blisko Old Quarter ( wystarczy przejść nad ulicą mostkiem ), przemiła obsługa zarówno w recepcji jak i podczas śniadania ( śniadania mogły by być minimalnie lepsze, np. lepszej jakości owoce, ale za tą cenę jest to i tak rewelacja - codziennie do wyboru kilka zestawów śniadaniowych, a jeśli ktoś naprawdę nie jest w stanie nic dla siebie wybrać to w promieniu 150 m jest pewnie z 10 knajpek :) )
Polecam, byłem 2 razy i będę na pewno jeszcze nie raz.

Cons:

Nie podobało mi się że musiałem wyjeżdżać :)

Perfect 💖
Pros:

A lovely place in a super convenient location, perfect for exploring Hanoi. The breakfast was very good, and the rooms are beautifully decorated, making the stay feel extra special.
What truly makes this place stand out, though, is the wonderful staff. They are consistently friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful, easily a 10 out of 10.
When I return to Hanoi, I will definitely be staying here again.

Our first time in Hanoi
Pros:

Staff are very very helpfull and always with a smile in the face and lovely care with us all... good breakfast services... good value for money if not caring about location.
Have a SPA services
Have 1,5l mineral water available to buy.
Vietnamise people are very kind with the tourist and also you have a good cost benefits to enjoy City, restaurants, tourism activities... so its a must go.

Cons:

SPA theraphists needs to improve.
TV no channel available needs to improve.
Because of the tourist activities time the hotel could start brakfast 15min earlier.
Shower drain water was very slow after 1 minute use and water inside floor area gets flooded for a time.
Location not good to go meeting point for tour activities or to go old quarter area because needs to use a upper stair cross bridge above traffic and area around is very dirty. But no safety issues, its just a not beautiful area around.

Hotel con encanto
Pros:

Hotel con mucho encanto. Detalles tradicionales en la decoración que lo hacen especial y diferente. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias. El desayuno abundante, completo y buenísimo! Está muy bien situado: muy cerca del casco antiguo de Hanoi, pero en una calle tranquila, lo que se agradece para poder descansar. Los empleados fueron amabilísimos con nosotros y nos ayudaron un montón así que para ell@s, un 10/10. Recomendable!

Pros:

The staff was very nice and helpful, room was clean and big. But be aware this is definitely not a 4-star hotel as announced.

Cons:

The location is not the best. It’s close to the old town but you need to cross an over-bridge which is dark and dirty. The street itself where the hotel is located is very dirty.
The entrance hall and lift/breakfast area needs some reform.

Solo due notti si possono passare, meglio se senza bagagli

Cons:

Decisamente datata, la camera era di dimensioni ridotte, nonostante fosse una junior suite e non c’era posto per i bagagli, nonostante avessimo solo una piccola valigia e un trolley.
La hall non dà una buona impressione entrando e la strada è terribile, stretta e trafficata, separata da un muro dalla superstrada a 6 corsie su cui dà la facciata
