Bed very comfortable however this was the last hotel of a four hotel stay in Vietnam and sadly the worst.

No bar or pool, and can get much better hotel in Hanoi for the money

We stayed here for our family trip. The staff is very nice and helpful. One of the reception staff is very fluent in English and demonstrated very good hospitality and professionalism to us. She even helped us arrange for our Hanoi-Sapa sleeper bus and helped arrange our Ha Long Bay cruise. Apparently the hotel partners with sleeper bus providers and Ha Long Bay tour providers, so you just have to tell the hotel receptionist the date and time of your liking, and pay.

The room is not very spacious, but enough for 4 people. Their breakfas is simple and good. Recommended!

Great spot, and truly excellent help and service from the staff, but let down by the tired fittings and specification in the bedroom and bathroom which isn’t up to a few others of the same price and caliber in Hanoi we stayed in.

Excellent little hotel right in the center of Hanoi old town. Easy walking to Hoa Kiem Lake, the Cathedral and lots of restaurants, cafes etc. Friendly staff, spacious comfortable rooms and a decent breakfast make this hotel a great choice for a stay in beautiful Hanoi.

The rooms are very old, furniture, walls and floors are all scuffed up and warped. There is an infestation of bugs as well. My bags were covered in small bugs and there was also a cockroach running around. The bugs were in every room. Very expensive hotel for what you get. It’s closer to a 2 star hotel.

I was in room 401 and it was terrible with small ants in the table, on the sink and a baby cockroach in the shower. I checked out after 30 minutes of checking in found another hotel to stay. The hotel is old, tired and perhaps used to operate under another name as all the towels and floor mat had hotel Grace on it. The towels didn’t look clean and had a grey tinge to it. The shower taps were rusty and there was black mold in the corners of the shower. There was no place to put any toiletries in the shower so I had to put the shampoo, shower gel on the floor. There is no safe in the room. Overall the description provided by the hotel online is misleading and inaccurate.

Lovely hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent english (I wish my Vietnamese was as good!). Air con worked perfectly. Good quality rooms with proper showers, lots of plugs, dressing gowns, TV you can connect a HDMI to. Staff were so kind, when they found out we were going to the Ha Giang loop the manager very kindly offered for us to keep our bags in the hotel for several days until we return to Hanoi. Good cooked breakfast with lots of fruit, toast, noodles/fried rice/sausages and pastries. Would stay again (and have booked to stay again )!

We stayed in the King room with city view. Amazing room, with turn down service everyday between 12-2pm, which was nice. The front desk was super kind and helpful. The lady there during the day on Oct 22, 2023 was very helpful. I wish I got her name so I could leave it in the review. She scheduled us a couples massage at a spa at the last minute and had one of the door boys walk us over to it. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and English speaking, which alleviated a lot of stress. ALSO, the free breakfast with the hotel was delicious and had a nice range of Vietnamese dishes and Western breakfast foods.

A perfect place to stay when visiting Hanoi. Located in the middle of the old quarter, so close to everything but on a small side street so becomes quieter at night. Room was spacious and clean and the staff very friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. They are able to book tours and transfers too if needed. Breakfast was fanatic too, especially the beef pho! Highly recommend when in Hanoi!

Our family enjoyed our stay at La Flora in Hanoi. The staff were superb-always happy and ready to assist the guests. Breakfast had a variety of hot and cold options. The rooms were cleaned and modern. Cici booked our excursions to Ninh Binh, Ha Long Bay and also arranged airport pickup and drop-off. Cici made it stress free for us. Thank you for making our visit a fun and memorable one!

Great value at a very central location. The staff is very friendly, Henry went the extra mile to help us. The rooms are clean and the hotel is very central. Because it is not on the main street you have the benefit of a central location, without the noise pollution.

The room was clean and very comfotable. The breakfast was fresh and ample, and the coffee was better than other places we stayed.
The staff was especially helpful and courteous.

El hotel no está bien cuidado. El personal del hotel no fue servicial. El hotel no tenía el desayuno en el mismo edificio, era en otro hotel del grupo, había que caminar por la calle para llegar al desayuno.
