Super emplacement, propre très correct
Location was good central to everything, breakfast was included that had lots of options, money exchange and tour booking within the reception made life easier and was very reasonably priced

I would like the property it looks cozy, has a good amenities, and is conveniently located near important places.
The location was good, but on our second day, they only gave us one towel instead of 2, even though we were 2 guests.

I try to focus on the positives in reviews, but there were absolutely none except the location.
The location is the only thing going for this hotel. But absolutely NOT WORTH the rest of it.
DO NOT BOOK - Everything was awful. The list is endless of things that are wrong with this hotel.
Started off bad from the start - with a stressful and confusing airport transfer. The room was not as pictured, it was tiny, smelly, mouldy and so unclean. For two people we could barely place our luggage down and still have room to stand, bed was small, uncomfortable with old musty smelling bedding.
They refused to give us a second room key despite paying for two guests. The electricity doesn’t work without you being in the room which means the WIFI reboots every-time so it took at least ten minutes to work every time we returned, and when it did work the signal was terrible.
The bathroom was small, not very clean and after on our second day the whole hotel had a water leak. It smelt of sewage so badly that evening that we were actually retching so and asked to move - a request met with a weak apology and a lot of sass / sarcasm. They tried to give us a 10 minute limit to move room and wanted to take our current room key with us right then.
Finally were moved to a “premium room” on the top floor - which was bigger but not better. The staff were so focused on the fact it had a window, like that was unbelievably VIP. In reality the window frame didn’t line up to wall leaving a huge gap to let you enjoy all the noise of the street all night and the blind was broken so could only raise a tiny bit. By morning, this room had the same sewage smell, we could not get out of there fast enough at check out time.
The breakfast room was so dingy and depressing and we were rushed for our order twice within the first minute of sitting down. In the end we were so put off by the rest of the hotel that we didn’t get breakfast because I wouldn’t dare risk the food.
The hotel itself is so poor and then you add in staff who don’t seem to notice or care that you exist and just lay around on their phones all day, it is a wholly unpleasant experience.
Would never ever stay again.

Location is good and convenient, Staffs are friendly. The breakfast is good and free . Ms Dzung is helpful and Leo as receptionist approachable.

Everything , cancelled my booking on arrival, no messages nothing. Extremely poorly run hotel who need new staff.
