Uno dei peggiori hotel in cui sono stato. Personale distratto e poco collaborativo. Stanza che puzza di umido, sporca, un chewing-gum attaccato dietro al letto, lavandino otturato, fatto presente alla reception che si è completamente disinteressata, ha continuato a giocare al cellulare mentre le facevo presente la situazione. Colazione pessima....mai più

The only thing I like about this hotel is the location.
Pros:

The only thing I like about the property is the location and the kindness of the staff. They are helpful and so kind. Their English is quite good.

Cons:

There is a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. Bathroom is not clean. And I am not sure if it is cleanable. Maybe it is because the building is really old but it is not my concern. Also everything in the hotel is overpriced: tour prices, exchange rates, massage prices and so on.

Heerlijk geslapen en perfecte locatie
Pros:

Geboekt kamer met raam en deze was zonder maar wel dezelfde prijs betaald.
Verder was het personeel heel behulpzaam. Koffers konden we laten staan omdat we in de avond pas weggingen.

Cons:

Hotel zei dat we een mail hadden gehad ivm het raam. Deze heb ik niet terug kunnen vinden.

Nhân viên rất thân thiện, liên hệ dễ dàng và hỗ trợ. Khách sạn nằm ở vị trí tuyệt vời; gần sát hồ Gươm và phố đi bộ; thuận tiện cho việc đi chơi phố cổ.

Cons:

Dịch vụ vệ sinh phòng có vẻ không được sạch, có mùi hôi trong phòng vệ sinh. Khăn tắm có cái bị rách và có vết ố vàng. Ga giường có tóc và vết ố.
