This hotel is pure elegance amongst the mountains. We barely needed to leave the hotel premises other than when we were sight seeing. Some of the best food we had was here. Such a memorable experience.

Nous ne pouvons pas aller à pied à Fansipa.
L'hôtel est situé en hauteur et assez près de la station Mont Fansipan.
Dans l'ensemble correcte, mais aucun service valet (personnel ramenant les valises en chambre) alors qu'il y a du personnel plus qu'en suffisance et qui tourne en rond.
Le petit déjeuner complet et bon...
Salle de remise en forme correcte mais malheureusement, le hammam et sauna ne sont très souvent hors service! Et surtout fermé à 19h00, beaucoup trop tôt.
Pour un 5 étoiles 🌟, il y a quelques points à remédier.

Excellent location away from busy town but 10min grab, approx £2 each way really convenient. Right near the Fansipan cable car. All staff very friendly, big breakfast selection. Room very comfortable
One small unexpected issue but stuck in my head, long journey from Hanoi and 2nd day in Vietnam. Got some room service lunch, couple Bahn Mis. Was really poor, stale bread, very little pork, like only few thin slices, so it was overpriced. Price is expected at hotel, but not the quality. Funny as that was our first bahn mi in Vietnam so we were little shocked!

The building itself is beautiful, staff are lovely, excellent facilities.
The only thing I’d have to say is no point paying extra for mountain view rooms, as they overlook the big Fansipan car park.
