Lovely spa break hotel
Pros:

Fantastic property with great comfortable rooms & bathrooms. Sadly pool too cold for me. Breakfast was a full variety of buffet.

Sapa sweet Sapa
Pros:

Lady Hill was a retreat in every sense of the word. The staff were amazing! The front desk was so incredibly helpful. Our driver, Nam, set up by the hotel, was fantastic! We loved our room. Private, spacious, and spa like. I highly recommend this resort.

I didn't get to stay long enough.

Friendly staff, exceptional breakfast and cozy rooms.

We booked a 2 room bungalow at the resort, the rooms were spotless. The location of the resort was at the foot steps of Fansipan. The view from the room was exceptional over sighting the cable car and the mountains of Fansipan.

The resort was huge and the breakfast had a wide spread of options and the kids enjoyed the overall stay. The staff offered with early check in at free of cost since we arrived early at the resort.

Overall, I recommend this resort for a memorable stay at Sapa.

Amazing hotel
Pros:

We loved our stay here. Great location. The spa was fantastic, especially the sauna, pool and massages. Very cheap grab to city centre. Also have to mention the breakfast, so many choices and just generally excellent. Also had room service and that was fab. We stayed in a bungalow and loved the golf cart we could call to get back to reception.
