Zeer fijn, verzorgd en rustig hotel. Top
Pros:

Zeer ruime kamer, netjes en verzorgd. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

Jammergenoeg valt het hotel buiten de drop of of pick up zone van tour organisaties.

Pros:

This place was absolutely stunning, I was solo travelling and wanted a break after the ha giang loop this was the nicest place to relax and unwind, definitely lives up to its 5* reviews (also food in the restaurant is amazing)

Magnifique hotel dans les hauteurs de Sa Pa
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans ce bel hotel situé dans les hauteurs de Sa Pa et à côté de Fansipan. La vue depuis la chambre sur les montagnes est magnifique, même si c’est souvent brumeux. Le service de qualité est digne d’un 5 étoile. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Lit confortable. Petit déjeuner bon et varié. Personnel accueillant, sympa et aux petits soins.

Mention spéciale à JASMINE qui nous a rendu énormément service en nous proposant des activités et restaurants en ville. Elle a également mis tout en place pour que nous puissions faire notre check out à 5h du matin, elle a réservé un taxi pour nous amener à Hanoi et elle a veillé à ce que nous aillons un bon petit déjeuner à emporter. Merci à elle pour tout.

Nous recommandons vraiment cet hotel pour un agréable séjour à Sa Pa.

Pros:

Very comfortable overnight stay just a couple of minutes from the centre sapa. From check-in to departure, everything was faultless : the personnel, the room, the facilities, the cleanliness.

Beautiful setting, with the pool looking out onto the mountains. Lovely breakfast with lots of options. Comfortable, spacious rooms

Cons:

One of the big pulls of this property is the pool/spa facility. However, they sell lots of day passes which during busy times there’s no room to sit down, meaning we couldn’t use the facilities as much as planned.

Location, spacious rooms, amazing view, the therapist at the Spa

Cons:

Pool area that gets over crowded with day pass visitors, never a lounger available or space in the pool, unless you happy for a bunch of backpacker all in your personal space.
