Clean, Spacious and Friendly Staffs
Pros:

Clean and how spacious the room is.

Cons:

The spa areas were packed with chaos. Feels like a lot of people who don’t stay there were using the facilities.

Best resort in the mountains of Sapa.
Pros:

The resort is simply amazing. I would definitely recommend staying for more than two nights.
The room is comfortable, beautiful, and spacious.
Great location next to Fansipan Station, perfect for an amazing excursion to the Top of Indochina.

Cons:

The food provided for breakfast and other meals, such as dinner, could be improved.

Our family absolutely loved this resort! The infinity pool and hottub were definitely a hit! My kids enjoyed the playroo

Amazing views and staff! Pool & hottub were great!

Cons:

There seemed to be a lot of day use backpackers using the pools which was a bit overcrowded and made the food and drink bar service very slow. Or get more staff as they were working very hard to accommodate us.
