There is a lot of day pass visitors in the spa and pool area so can feel crowded in there during the day

Stuff don’t speak good English, also most of them r super young and it seems to be like everything is not under control, u can really feel that they feel lost, like not sure of what to say or how and what to explain.
The spa has white lights which makes it a not so relaxing experience, it was a very disorganized and not professional experience. very strange…..

SPA Bereich für die Anzahl der Gäste zu klein - viele Gäste reservieren sich die wenigen Liegen mit ihren Handtüchern, obwohl sie diese nicht nutzen
