Our stay at Lady Hill Sapa Resort was truly magical. The location itself was mesmerizing, with breathtaking mountain views. We booked a bungalow a few minutes from the hotel lobby, and a major plus was being able to request a buggy at any time, making it very convenient to travel to and from the bungalow.
During check-in, Manager Mr. Mathew kindly assisted us with our card transactions, as we were experiencing difficulties due to our foreign transaction limits. He was patient, positive, and incredibly helpful throughout the process.
We would also like to thank the bellman, Mr. San, with whom we had a pleasant conversation about the Maldives. He helped us book our Fansipan Legend cable car tickets and dropped us off at and picked us up from the gate. We truly appreciated his friendliness and helpfulness.
The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast was amazing. We really enjoyed the wide selection at the buffet, especially with the beautiful mountain views. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi and the pool overlooking the mountains, it was incredibly relaxing.
We will gladly recommend Lady Hill Sapa Resort to all our friends and family. Overall, it was an amazing stay! Lots of love from the Maldives.

The property was nice, and clean.. the staff was amazing, they can speak really well and was helping me out with my itineraries… especially Anthony, he recommended some places that was special.. and he organised our transports and drivers…

Tutto. La piscina esterna e la vasca idromassaggio ottime per rilassarsi dopo trekking. Letto comodissimo e molto grandi(in 2 avevamo praticamente un matrimoniale a testa). Colazione molto varia.
