Pros:

Our stay … Lady Hill Resort Sapa
We arrived exhausted after a few days trekking to be welcomed by Matthieu as long lost friends. He couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming, organising refreshments for us in the lounge while our room was prepared quickly. From then on it just got better.
The room was beautiful, pool and spa amazing and being my birthday, cakes were brought to our room and out at dinner. Very thoughtful.
With the cable car, the 5 star service and everything else Sapa has to offer, I can’t rate it highly enough. Thanks to all the staff who made our stay so enjoyable.

Pros:

The view, food and very friendly staff.
Especially the SPA girls were amazing, very welcoming and I had so good time.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little bit outdated. The shower needs change I could see the rust. The room was great itself.

I want to come back to Sapa and stay at the same resort.
Pros:

Location, food , service, staff. Lovely staff at the reception. Sarah, Han, and many others. Chao and Tuyet at the restaurant were amazing and lovely people. Accommodated our vegetarian diet.

It was one of the most beautiful and astonishing hotel I have been.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. And the location was fantastic. It was very beautiful with an excellent view. It was near the one of the great touristic spot.

Cons:

Everything related to the hotel was good, apart from the weather.

Pros:

The service and the hospitality is excellent. We felt very welcomed. The villa we booked was very comfortable in many ways, the bed, the shower, the temperature. We had a comfortable stay here. It’s also near to the Fanispan Cable Car station.
Breakfast selection was aplenty, from international to local options, we enjoyed our breakfast every morning.
