Confortable très propre, personnel accueillant et à l’écoute, je recommande
Pros:

Grande propreté, chambre très grande, emplacement très sympathique et accueil très agréable
Petit déjeuner dans salle très agréable

Cons:

Fenêtres sur mur d’un immeuble attenant mais c’était la nuit donc pas très grave

All is good! highly recommend this hotel for vacation in Ha Long. Very central and good hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the beach, around with many restaurants.
1. I travel with family, so easy to check-in, easy to settle with kids (the hotel supports baby cot)
2. The breakfast is good enough
3. The room service is good, staff is friendly.
-> I would highly recommend this hotel for Ha Long, very central position, convenience with reasonable price.

Cons:

It is not about the hotel facilities or room services.
I am not happy with a call from the hotel want to cancel my room via Booking just because I didn't answer a phone call (from a strange number)during driving to their hotel. It was a bit un-confortable, then I have to call them back immediately while driving.

Marble palace at a comfortable pace from the beach
Pros:

The amenities were top class for the cost of the room. Room service were thorough in their cleaning and generous in their top ups. The rooftop pool and view were incredible for the weekend beach displays.

Cons:

Breakfast is served within an early 2.5 hour window which was not an issue, it just meant we needed to be up bright and early.

Pros:

Tiện nghi đầy đủ, gần Quảng trường Sun, đi bộ ra Sun World được, nhân viên hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình, phòng xinh, rộng rãi.

Cons:

Buffet sáng ko đa dạng lắm nhưng với giá tiền thì cũng khá ok rồi.

Comfy beds but a little over priced for the current state of the amenities
Pros:

The bed was comfy and the room was big. The lobby area was nice too and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

There was still trash from the other guests in our room and the room smelt very musty/moldy. The staff weren’t incredibly friendly. The pool needed some maintenance and a clean up and also the jacuzzi and sauna is locked and only can be used if you pay 100,000 dong per person which is craazzzy in my opinion.

Top!
Pros:

vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, stonden altijd voor je klaar als je ze nodig had.
kamer was schoon en netjes, bedden waren goed.
toen ik uit checkte kwam mijn taxi niet opdagen, en het personeel van het hotel maakte
er meteen werk van om dit op te lossen, ondanks dit niet hun eigen vervoer was.

Cons:

ik had graag langer willen blijven ;)
