Удобное расположение. Кровати и подушки самые удобные из всей нашей долгой поездки. Отзывчивый персонал. Можно взять в аренду электрический байк.

Cons:

Немного шумно до 2 часов ночи, дискотека неподалёку. Есть кухня, но абсолютно ни какой посуды нет. Было бы здорово добавить хотя бы тарелки и приборы.

Cons:

大厅或餐厅不能提偿免费饮水。进市区交通不便，会被周围出租车司机没坑拉客。我们只去了下龙市区大桥刚过的海边看了一下，被要了300000。酒店如果有常联系的公道司机，可主动向住客推荐。

Pekne, ciste ubytovani v peknem hotelu. Nove postavena ctvrt, pusobici sice dojmem liduprazndosti, ale je zde skutecne klid, odpocinek. Velmi pohodlne postele. Pri check in nam dali za stejnou cenu vyssi standard pokoje. Velmi prijemne. Nejlepsi pomer cena/vykon, co jsme poznali ve Vietnamu. Nejvyraznejsi osoba hotelu je pan Trong, manazer hotelu. Da se s nim komunikovat i pres whats app a zaridi vse, co si domluvite. Je spolehlivy a velmi napomocny, zaridil nam dopravu z Hanoje i do Hanoje, vyletni plavbu po Halong bay. Dekujeme pane Trongu za vse.

Cons:

Kdyz potrebujete do obchodu s normalnejsimi cenami (protoze ten blizko hotelu tezi se sveho monopolniho postaveni) projdete se tak 20 min. Stejne tak k nejblizsimu bankomatu nebo na plaz. Ale da se to a za to pekne ubytovani to stoji 🙂

A smooth, well-organized, and relaxing stay with excellent service and great local arrangements.
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at The Yen Residences in Ha Long. From the beginning, everything was well organized—the hotel arranged a pick-up from our hotel in Hanoi, and the whole process went smoothly with clear communication about how it would work.

The location was great for a relaxed stay. The neighborhood was a bit quiet during this time of year, which we actually enjoyed, while the beach area nearby offers a more lively atmosphere. There are also many nice restaurants in the area, giving plenty of good dining options. The hotel itself made things very easy for us, including convenient scooter rental to explore around. They also arranged a boat tour in Ha Long Bay at a very good price, without the need to negotiate.

For our onward journey, they organized a transfer to our accommodation in Ninh Binh. There was a small mix-up as the taxi driver initially took us to the wrong hotel, but the owner personally made sure everything was sorted and that we reached the correct destination.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay—comfortable, well-organized, and with excellent, attentive service.

Asi nejlepší hotel v této cenové kategorii ve kterém jsme ve Vietnamu byli. Velké, prostorné, čisté pokoje s moderním vybavením, čistý bazén na střeše, velmi milý personál komunikujici už před příjezdem a na recepci také skvělí lidé, stejně jako v restauraci. Lokalita je krásná a klidná

Nedoporučuji taxi službu, objednejte si radši Grab. Bohužel je v noci slyšet hudbu z pláže. Za to hotel nemůže každopádně je to v noci otravné.
