Horrible
Pros:

Cons:

We booked for two rooms. When we arrived there was no one on site and no response to messages saying we had arrived. We stood in the rain for 30 minutes before someone arrived. Check in time is from 2pm.

We arrived at 3pm and only one of the rooms was ready. We were told it would be one hour. It ended up being two hours before the room was ready. During this time the staff were not very responsive to my messages. The phone number listed as the contact number on the listing also belongs to a former employee.

When I eventually got into the room it was not clean. It was also not a hotel room. Someone was living there and the room was full of all of their things (wardrobe full of clothes, food in the fridge etc). There were also stains on the sheets. I did not feel comfortable staying there so ended up booking another hotel.

My mother stayed in the other room which was nice enough but the jug was broken and it wasn’t very clean.

The owner ended up only charging us half the price given I didn’t stay in the second room. Still an overall terrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

Cons:

Die Buchung wurde bestätigt von Booking.com und vom Hotel. Vor Ort angekommen, standen wir vor verschlossenen Türen. Eine Frau vom Shop gegenüber meinte, wir sollen 30 min - 1h warten und hätte das Hotel angeblich angerufen. Niemand kam, niemand antwortete auf booking und niemand ging ans Telefon. Nach mehreren Anrufen habe ich jemand erreicht, die jedoch nicht mehr für das Hotel arbeitete. Sie meinte, das Hotel wäre ausgebucht.

Fazit: Hotelbuchung wurde bestätigt, doch niemand war vor Ort! Alle Kontaktaufnahmen wurden ignoriert!!

Molto accogliente
Pros:

Eccezionale, 5o piano con arredamento nuovo e molto pulito. Piccolissima cucina con bollitore, sufficiente considerando che si è in pieno centro. Personale molto gentile e presente.

Cons:

Nulla, solo qualche problema se si ha il sonno molto leggero visto che è in centro e vicino ad una ponte è grande scorrimento
