Ruby Star Hotel Da Nang

일주일 머물렀는데, 직원들이 무척 친절한 호텔입니다. 특별히 불편한 점은 없었습니다. 다음에 다낭에 오면 또 머물고 싶은 호텔입니다.

Our stay was okay, we stayed only for one night. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything from the rooms next door. The location is good and the staff were nice.

Not happy about several things with this Hotel. We tried to get a refund but since we booked through expedia, the property refused to refund us so we could move to another hotel. I kept getting cut off with expedia so we sucked it up and stayed. First, we arrived early and went for lunch to come back for 2pm check in to be told we can't get into the room because the air conditioning wasnt working. When we were at reception we asked what towels we used to go to the pool and Beach and they said they were in the room. We got to the room and were going to go to the pool immediately. We saw there were only two towels in the room which were bath towels so we called down and asked if we could get some towels for the pool. They told us to use the ones in our room. At that time I asked if while we were at the pool they could bring two new towels for us for the shower. We went to the pool to find out there was only two loungers and no chairs at the whole pool. Somebody else was using one and they offered to leave so we could have the loungers. Of course we didn't want them to do that but they left anyway. When we left the pool and came back to our room there were no towels delivered. We called down and asked for a new towels which were brought up but we were told we would have to pay for them, we only got one towel each a day. When I said that we wanted towels for the pool or the beach they told us that we had to pay or we had to use the same towel for the beach and showering.

The location was great and close to many restaurants and beaches. The property was decent and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Fantastic week at the Ruby star in da nang.The hotel is in a fantastic location just minutes from the beach with lots of restaurants and bars close by. The bonus was having a rooftop pool to cool down after being out in the hot sun . The room was fantastic, large bright and airy with good views as we were on the 10th floor.
Breakfast was served between 06:30 and 09:30 but my wife and I tend to sleep until nearer 10 due to late nights but did manage down a couple of times and there was a fair choice of things to eat.
Big shout out to Trang at reception , a beautiful young lady who always had a smile on her face and was always willing to help, she always seemed to be there which is a big bonus for the hotel ( promotion deserved )Look forward to returning to this beautiful hotel and city .

Felt like the pictures were misleading. Hotel environment was not professional. Hotel smelled and our clothes that got washed smelled like mildew

Very nice hotel with great breakfast and nice staff! The rooms were very clean (smaller but kept nice) and the location is great! On a Main Street close to many restaurants and super quick walk down the street to the beach!

Happy with the good care and friendliness of the staff!

The hotel was close to the beach with a lot of places to eat and shop
The staff were great !!Lanai at the front desk was kind and helpfull !! fair price with scooter parking available

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service is great and the staff were amazing and very helpful. Hotel is accessible and near the beach and the places we needed and wanted to go to. Aside from the bed that can be a bit softer I cannot fault this place.

Receptionist was great with info about tours and surroundings like recommended dining options

We enjoyed our stay at Ruby Star hotel. They had a delicious breakfast and it is located only a block from the beach. I have to give Lani at the front desk a 5 star for customer service. She booked us tickets and transportation throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff were excellent, everything about the stay was great.

海から、少し歩く。一部オーシャンビューと書いてあったが、１mm も見えない。100％シティビュー！ホテルのスタッフが「シーサイド」だと言っていた。全くシーサイドではない！そもそも、このホテルは海から離れているので、海が見える訳がない。嘘すぎる。
また、ダブルルームと書いてあったが、シングルベッドを２つ並べただけだった。これでは、真ん中で寝ることができない。
ホテルスタッフが、このホテルは、どの部屋のダブルベッドは、全てシングルベッドを２つ並べただけだと言っていた。
こんな部屋には、泊まりたくない。

The front desk Lani and Nelly are very hospitable, efficient, friendly, very helpful, nice, and their professionalism is extremely excellent. I will stay there again. As sorry breakfast, Hung and Pink are also very friendly, very accommodating and welcoming. Housekeeping changes everything in your room on a daily basis. Overall , satisfaction and definitely recommend. No negative comments.

Hotel was pretty standard but the location makes it worthwhile, very close to the beach and friendly accommodating staff.

Breakfast was excellent.

Great hotel , delicious breakfast with many choices including healthy salads a d fruit... Very friendly, welcoming staff. Highly recommend it.
