Beautiful fully appointed hotel in the heart of Hoi An
Pros:

Warm, welcoming staff, beautiful room facilities, and fabulous breakfast buffet! I enjoyed the spa massage as well. It was easy to walk to the old city from the hotel, which had great views from the balconies.

Great hotel , perfect location
Pros:

We loved this hotel. As you entered the lobby area was v stylish , and the staff were very friendly. The room we had was fabulous 😍. The bed was huge and so comfortable. Lovely big bathroom with a great shower. There was also a nice balcony to sit and relax on. Would highly recommend.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been a bit better.

Without a doubt the best hotel we’ve stayed at in all of Vietnam. The location is fantastic, within easy walking distance of everything, or you can use one of the free bicycles provided. The beds were extremely comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep. The on site spa was amazing, a real treat.
The staff were exceptional, always happy to assist with transfers and booking activities. A special mention goes to Mr Hien, the restaurant manager, who greeted me every morning at breakfast with a smile and kept the coffee flowing endlessly. His hospitality really made our stay even more memorable.

I recommend the hotel

You will be charmed by La Charm

Our 5-night stay at La Charm Hoi An Hotel & Spa began with a wonderful welcome from the staff. The hotel has a lovely French charm and is in a great location, within easy walking distance of Hoi An Ancient Town.

We quickly learned that Ms. Nga is a tremendous asset to the hotel. She was incredibly helpful and professional in arranging tours and helping us navigate the area. I usually prefer to plan everything myself, so I’m sometimes cautious about booking tours through hotels because of potential added costs. However, that was not the case at all at La Charm. In fact, it was both more economical and more convenient.

Ms. Nga arranged transportation so we could be picked up and dropped off directly at the hotel for a cooking class, and she also worked her magic to coordinate a pickup at La Charm for our visit to Ba Na Hills, with a drop-off at our hotel in Da Nang on the day we checked out.

Although we didn’t have the opportunity to try the spa services, we did spend a few relaxing hours enjoying the pool.

Our room featured the largest king-size bed we have ever seen—and it was extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of options including made-to-order eggs.

Every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and enthusiastic.

Overall, it was a memorable stay while visiting Hoi An, and we would happily recommend La Charm to others.

Puro Charme
Pros:

Tivemos uma ótima estadia neste hotel. O quarto era espaçoso, bem iluminado e muito confortável, com uma cama grande que proporcionou um excelente descanso após um dia inteiro explorando a cidade. O banheiro também era excelente, com uma banheira relaxante e bastante espaço.

Um detalhe muito agradável foi o fato de o hotel disponibilizar água, café e chá gratuitamente no quarto, o que torna a estadia ainda mais conveniente. Outro destaque é que o hotel oferece bicicletas gratuitas para os hóspedes, o que é uma ótima forma de explorar a região e aproveitar os arredores.

A combinação de conforto, comodidades atenciosas e um ambiente agradável tornou nossa estadia muito prazerosa. Eu definitivamente recomendaria este hotel para qualquer pessoa que visite a região

Un lieu exceptionnel et au calme, proche de la vieille ville de Hoi an

De l'accueil à notre arrivée , en passant par le petit déjeuner, nous avons rencontré un personnel attentionné et chaleureux.
Le petit-déjeuner était parfait (très qualitatif et varié), avec un chef de cuisine et un responsable de restaurant très à l'écoute. Concernant ce dernier, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le fait qu'il se rappelle de nos préférences tout au long de notre séjour. Au final, on se sent chez soi.
