Supermysigt boende och läge i fina Hoi An, men påstridigt sälj och jobbig betalningshantering
Pros:

Läget är helt perfekt på bekvämt gångavstånd till den vackra gamla stadsdelen i Hoi An. Rummet var mycket fint och rent, och vi uppskattade hotellpoolen som var utmärkt för avkoppling under eftermiddagarna. Tvättservicen var också fantastisk; kläderna levererades tillbaka till receptionen, perfekt tvättade och fint vikta. Frukosten var god och personalen var överlag mycket hjälpsam i det dagliga. Hoi An är supermysigt. Likaså detta hotell - men hanteringen av betalning - lät oss inte njuta av vistelsen till fullo (se nedan)

Cons:

Vid incheckning, försökte receptionisten direkt sälja på oss upplevelser när vi var trötta efter tågresan och bara ville upp på rummet. Felaktigheter: De hävdade att vår korgbåtsutflykt var bokad på fel dag, när turen i själva verket inte ens var inlagd i deras system och att de inte accepterade American Express, trots att det stod som godkänt betalningsmedel i vår bokningsbekräftelse.Det blev diskussioner vid varje in/ut passering, de kom till vårt frukostbord.(detta gillade jag inte) När de till slut kom upp till rummet för att slutgiltigt meddela deras beslut att inte ta AMEX så besvarade vi med att vi då kommer lämna boendet. De skulle då kolla med huvudkontoret och återkom senare med att de löst problemet och skulle ta betalt via ett partner hotell - vars terminal de skulle hämta i samband med utcheckning - vilket jag accepterade. Men så återkom de igen för att ta ett fysiskt foto av mitt kreditkort för att debitera via samarbetspartnern, vilket vi vägrade av säkerhetsskäl. Det löstes till slut genom partner-terminalen som fanns på plats på utcheckningsdagen.

Il miglior hotel nel quale abbiamo soggiornato, durante il nostro giro per il Vietnam. Siamo stati benissimo e la colazione con lo staff dedicato è super, davvero tutto perfetto. Stanze grandi e così anche la piscina. Bici a disposizione gratuitamente. Non ci sono problemi o difetti, consigliamo al 100000000% questo hotel.

It was the most charming hotel. Clean spacious rooms, very friendly staff. Our breakfast host was amazing, he anticipated all your needs and provided exactly what you needed before you knew you needed! Amazing. All the front desk staff were extremely helpful for any query we had. Highly recommend this location.

Quality hotel at a great price.
Pros:

Great value for money. Excellent and attentive staff. Great breakfast and pool and garden areas. Relatively quiet location within easy walking distance to old town. Loved the complimentary bikes. Didn’t charge us a card surcharge.

Cons:

Bathroom was a little tired but still very good.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this hotel in Hoi An.

What impressed us the most was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Every team member we met was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to offer helpful recommendations and assistance whenever we needed it. Their genuine kindness made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay.

Thanks to their warm service, we felt at home from the moment we arrived. They played a big part in making our visit to Hoi An so enjoyable and memorable.

The hotel was also clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location, making it a great place to stay while exploring Hoi An.

We sincerely appreciate all the kindness and support we received. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Hotel di charme
Pros:

Hotel elegante, camere ampie e pulite, personale professionale e disponibile che parla un ottimo inglese. Bellissima piscina con lettini e teli mare. L'hotel mette a disposizione gratuitamente delle biciclette per potersi spostare agevolmente. Si trova comunque in posizione molto centrale.

Cons:

La colazione è di otiimo livello, con prodotti freschi e di qualità, è però un po' carente la parte dolce che tanto piace a noi italiani.

Excellent hotel with outstanding service—highly recommended!
