Pros:

No fridge in the room.
They said they gone bring one,but never come.ask for late check out,they said yes no problem but when i chek out they ask me more money.BAD COMMUNICATION.

Hôtel bien, un peu trop proche de la rue Bui Vien mais pas leur faute. Attendez-vous au bruit de ladite rue car les portes des balcons ne sont par complètement insonorisées, donc vous entendrez les DJ jusqu’à 3h du matin sans des bouchons d’oreilles. Autrement les chambres sont bien, les lits confortables, et le personnel attentif et très gentil. De plus, vous avez une jolie vue sur la rue (avec la chambre appropriée).

Pros:

We left our luggage with the receptionist while we were waiting for our flight. Once we were at the airport we realised that someone has stolen my friends belongings. My friends expensive apple products were stolen along with all her chargers and adapters. We know this because we can see can see the thieves current location due to find my iPhone on all devices. The property assured us that our belongings would be safe but obviously they were not.

Hotel was ok. No complaints unlike other hotels in the area. They do daily housekeeping upon request. Some amenities was forgotten in my room like kettle, tissue box n phone. But they gave them to me upon request. Book room with balcony if you want to smoke. If you want to party, that's the area. But the area is dirty with wet potholes, Rats right outside the front of the hotel. 24 hrs Convenient store right in front across the street. N 24 hr pharmacy down the road on the right. BanMi across the street. 24 hr restaurant serving Western/Viet/Seafood, turn left, then right, it's on your right. If you want bacon, eggs, for your breakfast that's the place. Cross the streets at your own risk, they don't stop at zebrra crossings. Just follow whoever is crossing as your shield :-) Overall, good hotel with good service.
