Pros:

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, ils avaient carrément zappé notre réservation chambre twin et ne restait que des chambres avec 1 grand lit double alors ils nous ont donné 2 chambres. Sinon c'était propre et confortable*** 👍

Pros:

The staff was helpful but only one could speak English. The room was very nice and clean, the bed large and comfortable. The location was a little bit out of the way, none of the tours would pick us up because we’re on the wrong side of the river. Otherwise, everything was great.

Ok na jedną noc.

Cons:

Klimatyzacja mało wydajna, okna, które miały wychodzić na ogród, wychodziły na port przeładunkowy, który pracował całą noc.

Pros:

シャワーの排水が悪く、すぐ溜まり困った。

ハノイの街へ行く大きな橋が近くにあるが、歩行者は通れない橋だった。

2泊目、部屋の清掃どうするか聞かれたから、翻訳機でタオルの交換だけお願いと頼んだら、タオルもそのまま、水の補充もしてくれてなかった。

Oversold room, not good value for money
Pros:

There was a free laundry service.

Cons:

I arrived late at night, and they gave me the wrong (cheaper) room without telling me- I did not notice until the morning. When i asked them what happened they said the room I had booked was not available last night, but would be in a few hours. The shower was really disgusting, the walls are very thin and theres a lot of noise.. I asked for a discount for the first night, at first they refused, but eventually they got someone else who approved it.

Very nice hotel
Pros:

Nice hotel in a bad location. Room are very big. They left us nice fruits and pastries for breakfast every day. Did our laundry for free and help with luggage.

Cons:

Only problem is that it’s far form city centre. But the price is very good.

Hatten 3 Nöchte gebucht, jedoch nach der zweiten ausgeckecked.
Cons:

Die Lage war unvorteilhaft, da es keine Möglichkeit gibt, zu Fuss in das Oldquarter zu gelangen. Die Brücken sind lediglich mit einem Fahrzeug zu überqueren, weshalb wir immer ein Taxi/Grab bestellen mussten.
Zudem funktionierte die Lüftung im Badezimmer nicht und das Zimmer hat nach Rauch gerochen (war sogar mit einem Aschenbecher ausgestattet).

Really nice :)
Pros:

It was really nice. The pics reflect the rooms and they were pretty confortable, with a lot of space and they gave me fruits for the first 3 days! They were really attentive to all my questions and additional requests while I was there. The day I left, my grab was stuck in traffic and they help me get to my destination. I would've lost my tour in it wasn't for them. Thank you so very much :)

Cons:

It's not as close to the Old Quarter, but you are fine taking a grab :)
