La ubicación es ideal

Cons:

Me alojaron en la planta 6. El ascensor llega hasta la 5, por lo que subir una planta por las escaleras con las maletas, fue un poco tormentoso.
El desayuno es en un espacio pequeño, 4 mesas, por lo que no tuve sitio y no pude desayunar ningún día.

No me gusto nada. La habitacion no correspinde con el estado actual que es insalubre.. tuve una estancia muy desagradable. Al llegar tarde por la noche , cansados y tener que salir muy temprano por la mañana no tuvimos mas opcion que quedarnos alli. El personal fue amable pero el mantenimiento es nulo.

Cons:

Todo. Ademas se escucha tod el ruido de la calle. Espero que no afecre al personal que entiendo no son los que tienen la culpa.

Todo lo que necesitábamos: Atención 24, ascensor, buena ubicación. Volveremos directo hacia allá

Lo primero Atencion 24hrs, llegamos en tren a las 5am y pudimos irnos directo al hotel, tomamos un delicioso y abundante desayuno incluido en la estancia. Tiene ascensor, primordial para mi. Buena ubicación, el personal muy amable.
Volveremos pronto a Hanoi, con seguridad directo a este hotel

Pros: The location was excellent—very central and surrounded by restaurants. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, the included breakfast was perfect to start the day, and the building has an elevator.

Cons:

Cons: The refrigerator wouldn't stay on when we weren't in the room 😔 since it required the key card for electricity.
