Very good location, very cheap hotel so don’t expect so much
Pros:

The location is perfect. Near the lake and every stores. It’s in the middle of the city. If you’re planning to go to sapa or nihn bihn or halong bay,their hotel is just walking distance from the tour’s main office. The flexibility and help of the staff.
We asked in advance if we can put our luggages there and ebenthough there isn’t much space they said yes and wanted to help. But since we are 8people and have so much luggages,we just booked for a big room for 3days to put our luggages while we are in sapa vietnam. We had some food that needs to be refrigerated and the staff was very kind to put it in their main refrigerator so it won’t go bad. The staff are very friendly & nice.

Cons:

Super small room. Dirty hotel from reception to hallway,elevator.rooms. We booked 3 rooms & booked them just for transit as we just need a hotel to stay at at and put our luggages & take a shower while waiting for the sleeper bus to sapa at 12:30am. Wasnt able to use 1 room(my room) as the room specially the bathroom smells so so bad. Smells like old,dried urine,the same bad smell or even worser than public restrooms. Had to take a bath om my friends room(the second room) as i couldnt even stand using the toilet without gagging. Told the staff about it and he said that smell was normal 😂. Asked him to check my friend or my parent’s room so he can check the difference. He then just said sorry and that was it. The 2person room is very very small, smaller than the picture so if you are 2 people and have 2 checkin luggages & 2 hand carry luggages,there won’t be space for it in the room. The 3 bedroom is better.

Good budget location
Pros:

Good budget hotel. Good breakfast - basic western style. Outside seating and view of the street from the balcony. Great location - close to the old quarter and Hoan Kiem lake. Not noisy considering its location.

Cons:

Small cramped rooms if you have kids. Wifi kept dropping off

La ubicación está muy bien

Cons:

La habitación tenía un agujero en la pared, nos dieron en el último piso y el calor y humedad eran altísimos. El aire acondicionado no era suficiente

Pros:

Que me cambiaron de habitacion enseguida cuando vi que era un zulo enano con ventana condenada por el cabecero de la cama y abria a las escaleras interiores del edificio.
El chico de recepcion amable.
Kettel con te y cafe en l habitacion.
Centrico para caminar y tener todos los servicios al lado.

Cons:

Habitacion individual en 4a planta.Claustrofobica.
Sala del desayuno interior tambien, al fondo hay la entrada a otra habitacion.
La señora del desayuno muy antipatica.
