Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war i.O.

Cons:

Die Toilette/Dusche war so klein, dass man sich schräg auf das Klo setzen musste um nicht die Badezimmerwand zu berühren, an welcher die Duschamatur angebracht war. Weiterhin war die Duschamatur derart undicht, dass der gesamte Boden des Bades durchgängig nass war und somit ein betreten ohne Schuhe, bzw. Nur in Socken nicht möglich war.

Weiterhin wurde die Hose durch die Pfützen am Boden beim Herunterlassen vollständig durchnäss, sodass man diese gleich nach dem einfachen Toilettengang wechseln musste.

Die Fenster sind zudem derart schlecht schallisoliert, dass man wirklich alles von der Straße hört und entsprechend schlecht schläft.

Great location in the Old Town
Pros:

We were only there for one night as a transfer between Ha Giang and Ha Long Bay. It was a perfect place to get some rest, repack and head off again - location was right by the lake, lots of food options nearby.
Tony at check in, and check out, was fantastic. Super helpful
