Hotel ma bardzo dobrą lokalizację, jednak na tym plusy się kończą. Zdjęcie kompletnie nie odzwierciedlają stanu faktycznego. Dostaliśmy pokój bez okien ale to jeszcze dało się przeżyć, jednak zapachu stęchlizny nie. Było bardzo brudno, w łazience był grzyb a deska od toalety była za mała o dobre dwa rozmiary. Zapach był tak intensywny, że aż szczypał w płuca ale stwierdziliśmy, że na jedną noc wytrzymamy. Po pobycie dostałam wiadomość z prośbą o wystawienie 9 lub 10 gwiazdek na booking gdyż od tego zależy premia dla pracowników. Takie zagranie jest bardzo nieuczciwe ponieważ wprowadza przyszłych gości w błąd, gdyż widzą oni wysokie oceny które z rzeczywistością nie mają nic wspólnego. Personel był miły, śniadanie też było ok, ale noc była najgorszą podczas mojego całego pobytu w Wietnamie. Nie polecam i nie szanuje takich zagrań ponieważ po ponad 10 godzinnym locie chciałam się wyspać w czystym łóżku co nie było mi dane, gdyż zdjęcia a rzeczywistość okazały się dwiema różnymi bajkami

In the middle of the Old City. Great Location
Pros:

The staff was outstanding. Traffic was bad and the driver didn’t want to drive all the way. Van ran down to meet us and picked us up. Tyler and the counter young lady were also excellent.

Ok, if you don’t intend to relax and just needs very cheap place to sleep.
Pros:

The staff are friendly and speaks good english. They also provided quick breakfast as take out because we have a tour early next day.

Cons:

The room we stayed at is on 4th floor. It’s so small, no windows, corridor very narrow. The toilet and bath’s shower rack is already rusty. There is an extra space next to a bedside table I wonder why? It’s like the bed was just forced to be put there lol and doesnt fit any space properly.

Comodo come struttura di passaggio perché in pieno centro storico,noi ci siamo stati qualche ora prima di andare in aeroporto per rientrare in Italia. Il prezzo molto competitivo

Stayed in many places in Vietnam and this is not a great one, especially if you’re on the 6th floor. The staff are the only highlight. As always, friendly, warm and helpful.

Cons:

The 6th floor was cramped and the staircase felt very unsafe. The room was tiny.
