The resort property and room is excellent if it would be a hotel but being a resort with one restaurant that serves terrible food and no other activities in the resort, no bar by the pool as in other resorts where you can get a drink or snack it is far from being called a resort

The syaff are far too attentive to the point it is annoying, they hover around you waiting for you to finish your last mouthful of food and the plate has gone, they keep phoning the room asking if everything is ok, 3 or 4 times aday, its a buffet breakfast but staff insist on picking it for you, for top rated hotel the language is a barrier, this hotel caters for the chinese masses. Please leave guests alone to enjoy their stay instead of hassling the life out of us

Pros:

My family and i loved this resort. We went during low season and it was fairly quiet and peaceful. It's a very clean resort, excellent spa and customer service. The gym is well equipped with dumbbells, barbells and even a bench press machine and a smith machine. The rooms are beautiful and spacious with separate toilet and shower rooms. The beach had dynamic waves with soft sands. Highly reccomend if you want a peaceful vacation without leaving the resort. Overall one of the best resorts I've been too! Will re-visit again.

Pros:

A nice place to relax at the beach, the pool or even in the room. The room was new and modern, with a good shower and bathtub. The restaurant had a surprising selection of western food for dinner, with good taste and quality. Breakfast is more tricky if you are alergic to seafood, like me. The spa had a great 2 for 1 offer as well, with skilled staff. The main drawback might be its location, but we have alreay extended our stay 2 times as its just nice to be here.

We were extremely disappointed. We loved the old property with the bungalows. The new property is nice but has lost the beach charm and beach vibe. The property was empty, the breakfast buffet was not operational.
The value to price ratio is bad. Sorry ... honest review.

Pros:

Unfriendly receptionist, confusing to get around this property with bad or missing directions, awful breakfast, very very expensive room service food (for Vietnam) that did not taste good. On the plus side, room was nice with a good view, and other staff were friendly.
