A lovely boutique hotel right in the heart of District 1. We stayed in one of the rooms in the newly built wing, which was beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The rooftop pool area and bar are spacious, relaxing, and offer stunning views. The staff, especially Penny, are absolutely wonderful.
The equipment in the gym is not up to standard.

Her zwembad is echt een lekker plek om aan het eind van de dag even te relaxen. Met een regenbuitje kun je nog droog liggen.
Bij de hightea was er live muziek en ook bij het zwembad: ook weer sfeervol.

The staff and service here was exceptional. Their attention to detail, friendliness and kindness has now spoilt me for other hotels, as no where else I’ve stayed in the world has compared to the service we received here. Dory and Amy were stand outs, they helped me arrange a birthday surprise for my husband during our stay and went out of their way to make it perfect. Dory’s fantastic communication and care started from the time we booked and extended through arranging tours and the birthday surprise. I would not usually book a tour through a hotel, but this was an exception because Dory had built a relationship of trust before we ever met. The hotel itself is lovely, but the facilities are outshined by their staff. At check out Amy asked where we are heading next and I told her and mentioned we were going there to celebrate our anniversary. As we were getting into our transport Amy ran to the car to give us an anniversary gift. Our positive experience will definitely brings us back to the Silverland May next week visit Saigon, and will be sharing our recommendations with family and friends.
We didn’t stay long enough.
It was an amazing and lovely stay - the check in was pretty smooth and fast, yet Amy offered a complimentary drink from their bar at any point of time during my stay for the ‘slow’ process. Pleasantly surprised that my room was upgraded as well. The facilities were all working well too and they offer laundry services as well. As the hotel is centrally located in district 1, it is convenient to travel out to different attractions, fashion boutiques and cafes on foot. Upon check out, they were still apologetic about the check in and offered a free ride to the airport. I definitely look forward to returning back to Silverland May Hotel.
We chose this hotel for our celebratory weekend in Saigon, and it exceeded our expectations. The beautifully designed rooms and thoughtful theming make it a perfect choice for a romantic getaway. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its exceptional staff, who consistently go above and beyond to ensure your stay is unforgettable. A special thank you to Lily and Dory for their outstanding hospitality.
Overall, the hotel has a peaceful and elegant atmosphere. The rooftop swimming pool is beautiful, and the rooftop bar offers an amazing view of the city. A special thanks to Wendy and the pool staff for their warm hospitality. Everyone was so friendly and cheerful, making us feel truly welcome. I highly recommend this hotel!
We loved the staff, they were all so friendly and made us feel very welcome! My husband and I got a free upgrade to a stunning spacious room. The pool area is so lovely and relaxing with plenty of seats and space. The breakfast was really nice too and they were very accomodating to me being gluten free. Highly recommend!
