Pros:

Merci à Sofia qui nous a formidablement accueillis! Tout était parfait , le personnel , la chambre, la literie, la piscine, le petit déjeuner , le goûter . Exactement similaire aux photo booking! Emplacement très proche des principaux monuments à visiter!L’un des plus beaux hôtels où nous avons séjourné au Vietnam! Un havre de paix dans Hô Chi Minh!

A warm welcome and comfortable stay.
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The welcome was warm and everyone was kind and friendly.
The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and all amenities including kettle, fridge etc were modern and in good working order.
We had a lovely stay and would recommend to family and friends.

Tout a éte Parfait. Depuis l'équipe de la réception lors de l'arrivée et durant tout le séjour, jusqu'au staff du petit déjeuner, et de l'organisation des visites Mention spéciale à AN qui a bien facilité mon séjour avec tous ses conseils.

Cons:

Rien du tout. L'hotel est trés trés bien situé, tous les équipements sont au top, et le personnel est vraiment impliqué à fond pour faciliter le séjour du client.

Pros:

1.員工都非常親切友善
2.飯店早餐豐富多樣且好吃，下午茶有很多當地的甜點
3.地點非常非常方便，離很多景點都是步行就可以抵達的距離，附近有很多吃的跟按摩店
4.住到邊間蠻安靜的
5.洗衣服務很便宜且有效率（當天早上十點申請服務的話，當天下午五點之前可以拿回乾淨衣服）

Fantastic customer service, great breakfast, pretty hotel design, comfortable bed. Amazing rooftop pool and great location

Cons:

Shower over bath instead of standalone shower. Rooms need refresh. Drinks at rooftop bar overpriced especially cocktails which were not very good

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit (bis auf wenigen Ausnahmen) guten bis sehr gutem Service. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und die Lage perfekt um die Innenstadt zu erkunden. Mein Zimmer war relativ neu renoviert, in einem sehr guten Zustand und absolut funktional.

Cons:

Der Zugang zum Hotel über eine Treppe ist mit Koffern nicht für jedermann so ganz einfach zu bewältigen. Insbesondere wenn das Service-Personal im Rezeptionsbereich wartet und zuschaut.

Friendly, welcoming staff, lovely pool area with afternoon tea.

Everything!! This was our second time staying at the hotel. We went back because the staff were so welcoming and friendly, the rooms were lovely and clean and the pool area was great!
The afternoon tea with live music and the saxophone player at the pool was great!
