Pros:

早く着いていてロビーで待っていたら気を使ってアップグレードしてアーリーチェックインしてくれました。
部屋も綺麗ですごくかいてきでした。
スタッフもフレンドリーで過ごしやすかったです。
チェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただき、戻ったらスパのシャワーを案内してくれて快適でした。

Stayed 3 weeks at Silverland May, recently. We were perfectly looked after, defintely coming back.

Penny, the concierge met us at the door. He is si warm and welcoming. Really helps after a long flight.

We loved the area the hotel was in. Easy to walk or get transport with lots of places to eat.

Cons:

The bed was very hard but this is just personal preference and not a reason not to stay there.
