Amazing ☺️
Pros:

Perfect with everything. The location, the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the breakfast everything is perfect, the safety at the door mens are magnificent and smiling. You can arrange the tours from the hotel. They even surprised me on my birthday. I will come again thank you very much for everything

Pros:

Tout! Hôtel très agréable avec de belles chambres, jacuzzi et salle de bain ! Rooftop au dernier étage avec une bonne piscine et du personnel de qualité et prévenant.

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay in Silverland May hotel very much. All the staff were very friendly, at reception, the Bell boys and as well the staff at the swimming pool. The pool was especially nice. The breakfast had lots of choice. I would certainly recommend staying here!

A Luxurious stay
Pros:

I felt very fancy and thought the facilities were all very high end in quality! All the staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was confortable.

Lovely Stay
Pros:

Excellent location. Reception area staff were extremely helpful. Rooftop pool area was great. Daily breakfast & afternoon tea were wonderful.

Cons:

Our twin room was quite small. The shower over the bath in our room was difficult to enter. Next time I would book a larger room with a separate shower.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Silverland May Hotel in Saigon.
One aspect I would especially like to highlight is the exceptional service even before my actual check-in. I was able to leave my large luggage trolley at the hotel three days in advance while I traveled elsewhere. When I returned, my luggage was ready for me right at check-in—this was extremely convenient and a great example of the hotel’s flexibility and hospitality.
The staff are consistently very friendly and welcoming. In particular, the young team working in the lobby creates a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, even greeting guests with a casual fist bump at times. It makes you feel instantly at ease and well taken care of. I would especially like to mention Leon, who was very attentive, extremely helpful, and genuinely kind throughout my stay. His trainer Lily also deserves recognition—she kindly allowed me to complete my check-out and settle the final bill the evening before my departure, as I had to leave very early the next morning. This made things incredibly convenient, as I only needed to leave my key card at the counter when I left.
Another highlight is the breakfast. The buffet is extensive, high-quality, and offers a wide variety of options. What stands out is the additional table service: you are asked if you would like coffee or tea brought to you, and on top of that, you can order complimentary dishes from an à la carte menu, freshly prepared. This goes well beyond a standard hotel breakfast experience. Even though I stayed for three days, I unfortunately only had the chance to enjoy the breakfast once, as I was either out exploring or had to leave early—but that one experience alone was excellent and very memorable.
The pool terrace and bar are also absolutely beautiful, offering a stunning view over the city. It’s a perfect place to relax and unwind. I would like to especially thank Quy, who provided outstanding service and made the experience even more enjoyable.

Cons:

However, one downside is the housekeeping. As early as around 9:00 a.m., staff can be heard loudly calling through the hallways asking if rooms can be cleaned, even though the official information states that housekeeping starts at 10:00 a.m. This can be quite disruptive for guests who are still sleeping, feeling unwell, or simply trying to relax.
Another minor issue concerns the breakfast buffet: the only thing missing was a proper sweetener for coffee. Only regular sugar was available. Although a staff member kindly tried to assist me, the only alternative provided was powdered sugar from the kitchen. Given the otherwise excellent and well-equipped breakfast, this is something that really should not be lacking.
Overall, the positive aspects clearly outweigh the negatives, and I would recommend this hotel—with a few small reservations.

A very Comfortable last night in Vietnam!
Pros:

Great location. Twin room was spacious and bright. Beds comfy. We Had a very late flight and hotel kept our bags in storage all day whilst we went out for the day and then came back for free afternoon tea and use of the fab pool and bar area!
