Amazing and clean hotel

The beds were very comfortable, and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Having a minibar is always a nice bonus. The pool is absolutely beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. We also loved the breakfast — it was very varied, with plenty of options, and everything was delicious.
If I had to mention one negative point, it would be that the window in the room was quite small and faced an interior courtyard, so there wasn’t much natural light or ventilation.
First impressions count for a lot and the staff at Hoianan left an amazing first impression. We took advantage of their offer of an airport transfer and they beat G**b on price which is rare. Our flight was delayed by almost an hour but out driver was there at arrivals waiting for us. If you are going by car it's important to remember the street outside closes to traffic from 5pm to 10pm as it does become a night market.
When we got to the hotel we were greeted with cold lemon and ginger tea and a warm atmosphere. The check in was painless and we were talked through the various facilities offered by the hotel and given a map with some highlights of the area. For first time visiters this would be really useful info!
We only received one room key, but once we told the receptionist that we had medicine that needed to be refrigerated they were happy to give us a spare room key to keep the fridge on. They also offered to let us use the kitchen fridge or freezer to store them if needed which was a welcome surprise.
Our room was on the first floor and looked out on the market. We personally enjoyed the sound of the hussle and bustle outside but can see why it isn't to some people's tastes. The room had a smart tv so it was nice to binge Netflix when the weather took an unfortunate turn. The tiles in the bathroom weren't slippery as I've seen some reviews state. Maybe the hotel has added an anti slip coating since.
We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights here and wish it could have been longer.
The hotel was modern and well kept but with an arquitecture and decoration matching Hoi An's feeling. The staff was professional and very helpful. 150 meters from Chinese Bridge. The pool.Everything.
Nightmarket is a bit noisy but stops after 9.30.
The accommodation is really lovely and conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They were also happy to provide recommendations on things to do in Hoi An, and they offer free bicycles, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable.
The room was very clean, and I really liked the overall design and atmosphere of the place. The only issue I experienced was with the air conditioning, which made a strange noise and started producing ice on my first night. However, the staff fixed the problem the following day.
Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Only a few minutes walk into Hoi An old town. Great value for money. There is a pool. The staff were amazing.

Pool is small
Nice boutique sized property with good sized rooms located right in the middle of busy night market street. Lovely balcony, comfy extra large bed & Nice indoor pool & good breakfast included & lovely staff, including friendly security guard on the door during night market.
Whilst happy to have a Birds Eye view of the market with all it’s noise and vitality We did not factor in the very noisy set up and removal of the night market stalls which means it is very noisy from around 3pm to 11.30pm every day. There is also much transferred noise from adjacent rooms / loud voices in the lobby from 6am including much scraping of furniture above, and construction across the road starting at 7am each day - so unfortunately not much undisturbed sleep during our 5 night stay.
