Bed was excellent and air conditioning was cool and comfortable for hot summer weather.
Only one hotel key was given per room which was a bit inconvenient for my family sharing a room.
I stayed 2 nights at the place. Reception waiting for a while to get served. Heavy smell of cigarette. Breakfast disappointed , However, A coffee shop just beside. location near by different bar / convenient store

This hotel is located in Van Cao, Hai Phong, so it is convenient for Korean. The overall condition of the hotel, including cleanliness, was satisfied but, the cafe on 1st floor was remodeled during I stayed, so it was very noisy in the day.
Great location with lots of access to food and convenience store. Very near to Cat Bi International Airport too, around 15-20 mins. Only sad thing was the pool was closed for maintenance and we were not informed during check in.

I was only for one night there but it was great. Good sized room with a small kitchen, cozy bed and a delicious local breakfast.
In the lobby there is a cafe, around the hotel you can find anything you need (good food, supermarket, ATM).

Nam helps me to book a limousine to Hanoi, because i can't speak Vietnam so he contacted with limousines company and text me the results, it is cery help and full of hospitality, definitely will stay here again if i back to Hai phong!
The lady cleaner was sooooooo sweet, should have tipped her but I forgot. Really exceptional work, she was extremely helpful.
