my door had no guest lock, had no do not disturb tag, my
shower drainage was clogged, food options were extremely few.

It was dirty and there was a constant chemical smell like pesticide. I read a previous review whereby the sheets were not changed and brushed it off as a one off. However, to my horror, I experienced the same issue. Imagine pulling back the covers to find hairs from previous guests. Absolutely disgusting. Never again!

The area looks a bit dodgy at two in the morning but it was fine in reality.

i rarely give bad reviews and have been to over 100 hotels i booked for october 15-21,2023 to stay at this hotel because i had to travel from vung tau to ho chi minh to see an eye specialist because my left eye might need surgery. i arrived the first day with a wonderful lady greeting me . i got room 204 when we arrived the room looked nice !it wasn’t until we slept in the bed when we both could not sleep due to bed bug or something in the bed that was making us itchy all night my girlfriend and u barely slept. but we had to wake up early and go to the hospital to have my eyes examined at 6am so i didn’t have time to ask the hotel staff if we can change rooms. once finished from the hospital which is october 16 we i came back around 2 or 3 pm and asked nicely multiple
times to a gentleman staff with glasses and told him i couldn’t sleep because of itching all night sleeping on that bed . he said he can’t change rooms because the staff already changed new clean bed sheets. so i thought ok i will try to stay there tonight and see if the new bed sheets will help . when i entered the room everything looked cleaned . the staff cleaned my room and bed seemed cleaned until i pulled out the blanket to inspect the bedsheets that is when i saw my hair and my girlfriend hair still in the bedsheets. i’ve heard of hotels not changing bedsheets and just making up the bed to look new . but did not expect a 3 star hotel to do that ! i called the male staff told him i recorded the video of our hairs still in the bedsheets and that the bedsheets hasn’t been changed he did not say sorry or anything he just said ok so i thought he was preparing another room for me . 30 minutes went by no answer from him . i called by the staff asking if they are preparing a new room for me . he said no but he will send someone to change the bedsheets. that’s when i got angry and said i wanted to talk to a manager he replied it’s only him there there’s no manager.

breakfast is choice of beef, chicken, or pork Pho. no offer to refill tiny cup of tea
