The Cosy Inn Hanoi Hotel

Right in the thick of old town- the staff are lovely but rooms are very small and pretty tired with poor privacy in the bathroom

the breakfast was coked to order from a good selection. the room was very comfortable and all the staff were great.

Stayed 5days,good location,clean and very good friendly staff!

Friendly staff and special thanks for leo. The hotel is clean and nice. Closed to everything in old quarter area. I would recommend it to all and for sure i will be back to the hotel

Nice hotel location and clean

Great place to stay! The hotel is nice and quiet although still located central to the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The staff is amazing and are more than happy to help with anything you need. Affordable stay and overall great experience ☺️

Halte d'une nuit entre Sapa et Cat Ba . Hotel dans une zone très animée, cependant la chambre était calme car l'hotel est au fond d'une allée. Chambre très correcte pour le prix, leger bemol sur la fenêtre qui donne sur un mur mais pas vraiment gênant. Petit déjeuner parfait.

We expected more from the accommodations (no window, too basic) since we didn’t see any pictures of the rooms it was a surprise when we finally arrived. However, the staff was so pleasant, efficient and aiming to please and helpful it more than made up for the room deficiencies.

The hotel is li ated in old Quartier but for the same price you can choose a better one. Room was comfortable but the bath was really bad.

El personal es muy atento y trata de resolver todas las consultas.
Por la misma tarifa, hay otras opciones en la zona. No volvería allí.

Le personnels de l’hôtel est très accueillant et gentils. Surtout Mme. Tracy qui est tellement charmante et entreprenante à vous aider et informer à tout occasion. Telle personne vous laisse de mémorable souvenir d’un voyage et rend ainsi un voyage extraordinaire! Merci Tracy!

It’s in the heart of old town so it’s bound to be busy and noisy around the area. However the room and hotel was surprisingly quiet as the alley location provides a buffer for the noise. Tracy was very helpful providing information about the city

Had a great stay at Cosy Inn in the heart of Old Town of Hanoi. Everything is within walking distance. Originally booked a “superior double” which we found to be very small but we were able to upgrade to a “deluxe double” for small price difference. If you have the choice, book the larger room! Nice breakfast with hot and cold options provided. Staff very friendly and always willing to help. You won’t be sorry booking here.

Great place

This hotel was perfect for exploring the Old Quarter! It was right in the middle of everything, but tucked back into an alleyway so that it was still quiet at night. There were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff were all so nice and helpful, and the breakfast was great with a very nice view of the city.

Très bon séjour, chambre très jolie, personnel très accueillant, bon petit déjeuner

Petite chambre très mignonne, literie confortable, l' emplacement de l' hôtel est parfait, restaurants, pleins de commerces, et près des endroits à visiter. Le personnel est au top, que ce soit à l' accueil ou pour le petit déjeuner.
