Cons:

Based on the photos and the description, the hotel seemed much better than it actually was. Overall, it was a huge disappointment. The 'river view' turned out to be a view of a small stream or a puddle. The gym—if you can even call it that—had only two machines and was 35 degrees; since it shared the same space as the bar, it was completely unusable. From a European perspective, the breakfast was poor, with practically no variety. Upon checkout, we had to wait 10 minutes for them to check the minibar in our room, which is simply unheard of. This is not a 5-star hotel; it is a 2-star at best.

Good price with decent service.
Pros:

Very cozy and clean, breakfast has so many different selection. Hotel is outside of the old town, but you can borrow the bike for free.

Cons:

Our room the A/C was blowing to our head directly. We can’t control the fan direction.

We enjoyed our stay at Soluna D’Annam! The breakfast each morning was simple, yet lovely! We had lunch at the restaurant on our first day and enjoyed the food. The staff were so kind and accommodating during our time there!

Pros:

The property’s location was great, just a short 20 min walk into the town. It was close enough but felt tucked away so we always had a good nights sleep. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff were very kind (especially Kylie, Trixie, and Lucy)!

Pros:

All staff and Chi were excellent. They were very friendly, accommodating and helpful.
The breakfast was superb. As we are vegetarian, they went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary requirements.
The hotel areas and the pool were very clean and spacious. There are two pools and both were very good.
They have plenty bicycles for you to use to get around town.

Really comfortable and welcoming stay
Pros:

The staff were really welcoming and attentive. Kylie was lovely and would chat to us at breakfast to make sure we were all ok. The bedrooms are beautiful and really comfortable. Breakfast was included which is always great to have. The location is great because it’s away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to where you want to go.

Very well managed hotel which we would highly recommend.
Pros:

We loved very thing about this hotel. The staff asked on our first morning if we slept well and I explained I had back issues, and they quickly brought a thick mattress topper to soften the bed. The next day they checked again that we slept well. The staff went above & beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to ensure our stay was perfect.

Cons:

Everything was perfect, so no complaints at all. If there was a possibility to put a chair rather than stool at the desk in room, that would be more comfortable, but I’m sure if we had mentioned it, they would have provided one.
