Good location.
The room was not clean, towels were stained and holey. The bed was tiny. There were also strange cocoons all over the walls and ceiling, as well as a lot of dust in the property.

I had an amazing experience at Banh Inn! The staff were warm and attentive, making me feel welcome from the start. My room was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed.

Location was very good and room was a decent size, had a nice rooftop area for sitting
WiFi was really bad, almost non existent in the room. Room itself was quite run down. Towels had stains and holes in them. Shower wall attachment was broken. No windows
What really stood out was the exceptional service. From the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was attentive and eager to help with any request. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It was a nice enough room, and had a very good location, close to nice restaurants and bars.
The doors were very thin so we were woken up both mornings between 6-7am by a family talking loudly and kids screaming up and down the corridor. Under the bed was the thickest layer of dust, it looked like it had never been cleaned, which made my allergies worse. Finally, there was no bin in the room and only a tiny one in the toilet so we were having to make rubbish bags to take out.
