The staff are the highlight. So kind and willing to help. The happiest and most helpful doorman in the world! We had an unfortunate electrical problem in our room shortly after we checked in, they promptly checked it out, and when they realized they couldn’t fix it, they upgraded us to a different room. Inconvenient, but things happen, and they fixed it promptly. Super clean, breakfast was great with lots of options, beds were comfortable, linens were great! Again, staff were exceptionally helpful, kind,warm and friendly.

Pros:

We stayed with our 2 kids in the family suite and it was awesome! The location was perfect, not too busy with tourists but close enough to both the well known attractions like the night market and beach and close to the lesser known local markets for affordable shopping!

프론트의 벨보이 분들이 친절하고 환하게 맞이해주셔서 체크인 할 때부터 기분이 좋아졌습니다. 그분들에게 감사를 표하고 싶은데 방법이 없어 후기로 대신합니다. 덕분에 즐거운 휴가를 보냈습니다.

위치는 시내에서 도보로 다니기 너무 편하고 조식도 맛있었습니다. 트리플룸이 가성비도 좋고 다른 리조트 가기 전에 편하게 1박했어요.
